We had ordered AALYA pack of 5 chiffon sarees vide order No.918353. However, the consignment was found to be different from what was ordered, in that sarees were much smaller than the ones shown on tv. We had returned the item on the advice of the customer care by courrier and the receipt of the consignment at your end on 2 Nov. 2015 was confirmed on telephone. The refund of cost of sarees, Rs.1798/- plus courrier charges of Rs.440/- has however not been received yet despite several phone calls and promise of refund.

I am yet to get any response from the firm about resolving my complaint. What is the status of the refund? It is more than four months since the items were returned and received at your end. Please expedite refund.
