I placed an order for Ekta Kapoor Ghaghara style saree with order no 1337878 and when i got the product it was ssk saree no 3. I returned it back and was told by the best deal tv that it will be replaced soon else they will refund my money that is 4200.but till today neither i received my money or the saree. please tell me when i will get my money back else i have to go to consumer court.
