I, mr. Surendra shukla, run a small restaurant which is owned by my father mr. Chandramani rajaram shukla, situated at 37, ground floor, 47/49, lalbaug new market, dr. Babasaheb ambedkar marg, mumbai-400012. I say that, i received an electricity bill at my shop from the best on 24/09/2020.in the said bill the amount payable was reflected rs.5110/- and which had to be paid till 29/09/2020. Sir, i would like to bring to your notice that from 17/03/2020 till date my shop is closed due to strict lockdown in mumbai, maharashtra. I further say that, i haven't open my shop even for take away purpose as it is a small pani puri chat shop where we couldn't provide parcel to our customers. Thus, as my shop was closed there is no question o[censored]sing electricity in my shop and getting such high amount of bill as mentioned above and hence i am filing this complaint before your good selves. I have full faith that prompt and immediate action will be take in this regard and my grievance will be redressed as soon as possible.
