      Sir, I have applied for change of name of existing meter connection on[protected] via Application Id : [protected]. I completed the application and paid the fees after which an inspection was to be done by the department. However no one came for the inspection. The application status is shown as pending. I have also personally visited BEST office, where my application was not accepted. I humbly request you to suggest me, what action should be taken.

          There has been no electricity from 1am 15-Oct-2020.
          We tried calling but no one answers our call. Please send someone as soon as possible because the water supply timings are limited in our area and due to loss of power we our unable to do our house work.

          Kindly request you to look in to the matter and resolve our problem as soon as possible.

              आज कोरोना महामारीच्या साथी नंतर प्रथमच बेस्ट बसने प्रवास केला असता असे निदर्शनास आले कि, बस ही प्रवाश्याकरिता आहे कि कर्मचाऱ्यांकरिता, कुर्ला पूर्व येथून दुपारी 2.45 वाजतां 501 क्रमांकाची (5077A) बस मध्ये चढलो असता आम्ही प्रवासी एक तास लाइन मध्ये उभे राहून, बस मध्ये चढण्या अगोदर सध्या बस मधील फक्त 23 आसन क्षमतए पैकी 10 आसन ही कर्मचाऱ्यानी भरली होती ते देखील रांगेशिवाय आणि प्रवासी तिकिटाकरिता पैसे देऊनही कुर्ला ते कोपरखैरणे पर्यंत उभेच.
              सदर बाबत उपक्रमात आसना करिता प्राधान्य क्रम किंवा काही गाईड लाईन्स असतील तर त्या बसमध्ये प्रदर्शित कराव्यात.
              सदर निवेदन विनंती वजा तक्रार समजून निराकरण करावे ही विनंती.

                Myself Shailesh Khandeparkar, stay at Sitaladevi Temple Road, Mahim.
                In September, I have received a bill of Rs.28, 840/- for April'20 to August'20 on consumer no.[protected] whereas we have already paid bill from April'20 to june'20 wherein around 350 units per month were charged.
                My usual meter readings vary between 350 to 450 units kWh.But in the latest bill another 350 units per month from April to June'20 is charged.This shows that from April'20 Onwards our meter readings have exceeded and reached to around 700 units per month.
                Even though considering Lockdown situation, monthly consumption of 700 units(which is almost double than regular) is beyond our understanding because our routine schedule is same even before lockdown as my family members would stay at home only.
                We request you to please send your technician to check our electric meter as soon as possible and resolve this issue at the earliest.

                  Has charged high electricity bill from august to september. Amt ranges to rs21000. Has sent two reminder mails but has got no solution yet. No one comes for meter reading also. No response at all. Tried to talk throug telephone, nobody picks up. If they pick up they just bang the phone before talking. Very rude behaviour.

                          Our consumer no. Is[protected] we have received Electricity bill.of Rs. 23, 526/- . This is exorbitant and unaffordable, during lockdown we tried to consume as less as possible the electric power, on what grounds is the readings taken. Please recheck the bill and look into the matter at earliest.

                              I, mr. Surendra shukla, run a small restaurant which is owned by my father mr. Chandramani rajaram shukla, situated at 37, ground floor, 47/49, lalbaug new market, dr. Babasaheb ambedkar marg, mumbai-400012. I say that, i received an electricity bill at my shop from the best on 24/09/2020.in the said bill the amount payable was reflected rs.5110/- and which had to be paid till 29/09/2020. Sir, i would like to bring to your notice that from 17/03/2020 till date my shop is closed due to strict lockdown in mumbai, maharashtra. I further say that, i haven't open my shop even for take away purpose as it is a small pani puri chat shop where we couldn't provide parcel to our customers. Thus, as my shop was closed there is no question o[censored]sing electricity in my shop and getting such high amount of bill as mentioned above and hence i am filing this complaint before your good selves. I have full faith that prompt and immediate action will be take in this regard and my grievance will be redressed as soon as possible.

                                दि- 23/03/2020 रोजी माझे वीज बिल 550/- आले होते. नंतर कोविद19 मुळे संपूर्ण देश बंध होता. या काळात माझे इस्त्री चे दुकान बंध होते सहा महिने दुकान बंध होते, शिवाय या काळात दुकाने बंद असल्या कारणाने आम्ही इस्त्री सुद्धा बंध होती . दिनांक 21/09/2020 रोजी माझे वीज बिल 3786/- आले आम्ही वीज वापरली नाही तरी सुद्धा एवढे बिल कडे भरणार . कोविड 19 च्या काळात आमचे नोकरी आणि दुकाने बंद असल्याने आम्ही एवढे बिल भरू शकत नाही. तरी सबंधित अधिकरी यांनी प्रत्यक्ष येऊन योग्य ते वीज बिल सांगावे ही विनंती.

                                    Dear sir/madam

                                    My self harsha rajendra sonawane consumer number "[protected]" living at floor-grd., suryakant chawl, dharavi main road, lazim maidan dharavi koliwada, dharavi, mumbai-400017. I paid my bill online on 25.09.2020 around 5.40pm on your website www.bestundertaking.net and my bill amount was rs.7080 and i also received the sms notification on my registered mobile number from bank that rs. 7080/- is debited from my account but at the end of the payment i got error msg but money is debited from my account and still my bill is showing unpaid. Bank transaction ref no. Stubp[protected] is showing in my account statement.

                                    Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Last month's bill i just received is rs 1170.
                                      This is ridiculous. Why best is harrashing poor and middleclass people.
                                      I just have 2 tower fans, i small mini exhaust fan 1 tube light and and 3 led lights.
                                      No ac, no geysor, no tv, no fridge.
                                      Those who are having fridge, geysor and tv are getting rs 500 as monthly bill. I am getting rs 1170 bill.
                                      I dont have job, i dont have income last 8 months.
                                      Pl send me last 24 months... Monthwise units consumed.

                                      I need this data to furnish in consumer court.

                                      Arrange to check my electric meter and arrange to repair/replace if found faulty.

                                      I had paid too much last 24 months to best undertaking.

                                      Arrange to reimburse me the extra amount i have paid against my units consumed.

                                        We have received high bill amount for last 3 months if you check our previous bills compared with this bills our average bill comes rs.[protected]

                                        Kindly send proper bills with proper readings... And don't torcher middle class people like us with this kind of wrong bills..

                                        Too high bill for three month... How can a middle class person pay for this extremely wrong bill...

                                        This is my 3rd complaint about this.
