Dear sir/madam,
My name is banwari pudai jaiswar, and i live in sion mumbai. Here i am complaing about my electricity bill excess.
Every end of month my electricity bill paper delivered at my home and i paid my electricity bill every months time to time.
I used to pay a light bill of 800–900 every month. We all suffering from covid -19 so we locked my room and all family gone to village for 3 months. After coming from my village i see my electricity bill excess amount rs. 4, 970.0 only/- so i request you to kindly check properly electricity consumption and send before due date electricity paper.

      Hi

      I always pay bill on monthly basis even from the day when lock down started. I had paid bill from march to july without fail but for the month of august and september my bill is almost rs 7660.
      I have all the proof of bill paid till the date.
      I started think y my bill is so high when i have use my electricity on normal usage.
      I dont even have tv at home. Light are off for the whole day.

      Please if anyone can help me with the bill

        We have received a very very high bill of 76811-00 less adjustment 24442-00 =rs 52372-00 for the month of june'20 as per our average consumption which is around average 800 to 1000 units, the billing falls in the range of rs 8000.00 to rs 10000.00.
        We have paid all our bills except this bill. We have also paid bills of july'20 and aug'20.
        Please send us corrected bill for this pending bill of june'20, as per the average consumption, so that we can pay.

          On 13th september, 2020 i was waiting for bus no.53c from ghatkopar bus depot as i had to reach vashi rly. Station. At about 03.15 a bus no.524 ltd arrived. I enquired about its destination and came to know that the bus is heading to vadhi. I hurriedly boarded the bus from front door but the bus driver arrogantly shooed me away arrogantly and blocked the way. I said that i am sr. Citizen and supposed to board the bus from front door. Than i told him that i would board the bus from rear door you please wait. But to my shock he immediately drew the bus. Thus i was refused the entry for his arrogance. To my luck 53c bus arrived and i boarded the bus. While alighting at vashi railway station the bus no.524 ltd arrived there and the same driver was seen laughing at me. I felt very bad for his misbehaviour.
          My name is j. K. Maru aged 66 years
          I am a retired office supdt. Mumbai port trust and staying at e-705, suraj complex, sector 36, kamotha, mansarovar.
          Later on i came to know that boarding facility for sr. Citizen from front door is suspended for the time being due to corona pandemic.
          My grievance may please be redressed.

            I got the bill with wrong calculation of amount, there's an unknown amount of 2227.92/- in the (B) section of bill details. Because of that amount my bill goes to 3210.00/-.
            Please find the bill attached to this email. I shown the doubted calculation with red rectangle.
            Please go through my complaint and send the bill with correct details.

              July, 20 - electricity bill charged us rs.10, 075/- our monthly ele. Consumption for 4 months i. E. April to june 20 and august, 20 on average rs.2, 330/-so rs.10075 less rs.2, 330 comes to rs.7, 745. The excess amount paid by us rs.7445 should be adjusted in future bills or refunded. (Bills for april, 20 rs.2, 360/-may, 20-rs.2, 150/-june, 20-rs.2, 370 and august, 20-rs.2, 440)
              Please take prompt action and do justice to us. Thanks.

                Bus no. 460 route gorai to mulund has not stopped on kandivali village bus stop

                I'm waiting since from more than 45 min. To go for the last stop

                The bus not having enough standing passengers

                I am a daily traveller by this bus from kandivali village to mulund railway station

                Bus is not taking a single passanger who's traveling that much distance from that bus.

                I want to an action regards to bus driver and conductor.

                  My sel[censored]zair ahmed complaining about my excessive electricity bill amount of rs.95540 for the month of may-september.
                  Generally my electricity bill amount for every month is between rs.5000 to rs.10000.
                  But this is out of the box..
                  Due to the lockdown we can’t even earn money on top of that this shocking electric bill.

                    Our consumer number is[protected] for best electricity bill payments under the name of sunanda vichare. Our august electricity bill has been rs. 5740 which includes previous months arrears of rs. 5395. We have already paid previous months arrears and the same is being shown in the best electricity website. But still the current month bill includes previous months arrears and has been given to me. Kindly look into it and let me know how to proceed further into it as the best website has no complaint section attached to it.

                            This is to inform you that we have received inflated bills for the month of july/aug 2020.
                            Request you to please get it checked and address the issue, if you compare these bills from previous months, this bill amount is 4 times than the normal bill.

                              Hello,

                              I am one of the residence from lal chawl bldg, we are currently facing severe electricity issues in the entire building, people are getting electric shocks in the appliances and metal units, also there are sparks in the current wire. We had earlier called the customer service and the best team had visited our location and figured out that one of the tenants has a faulty meter and they said they had sorted the issue, however yesterday morning again one of the neighbours faced the electric current in the grill door. I request you to take immediate action and resolve this issue asap.

                                I have received an inflated bill for the months of July 2020 (INR 14199) and August 2020 (INR 6011)

                                i have already paid the total amount as per the bill i.e. INR 20210

                                please check my previous bills and adjust accordingly as the meter readings were not taken

                                  Had received a heavily Inflated bill for the Month of July 2020.
                                  The amount was Rs 22990, which is 4 times more than the usual bill.
                                  As per your estimated amount shown on your bestundertakimg website, i have made a payment of Rs 14126 which is also v high.Instead of Considering you kept adding to the bill amount.After payimg this huge amount, amount still showing on site is Rs 19075 which is v big and unjustified.
                                  Now when i am trying to pay the August bill the amount has not yet been reduced. How am i supposed to pay such a huge amt again .pls make changes and send the correct amount bill to be paid for month of August.
                                  I am a 74 yrs Old and have hardly any income and cannot afford to pay such an amt, yet I have paid so much.
                                  Plss do the needful Asap and not not give me mental Stress.
                                  I am Unable to visit your office bcoz of the current Covid situation.
