Dear Sir/Madam,
This is for your kind information that there is the best junction box right outside our gate.
Without our permission, this box has been opened and there are several electricity cables that have been externalized and draped dangerously over the trees in our compound.
These cables are open to the rain and the elements. Yesterday, we made a complaint to the best department, because there was smoke emanating from these wires on 12th September, 22 and we have filed a complaint on #2856262.
You are causing grace risk and danger to our building and its residents.
Kindly have this dealt with immediately. We have not been asked for, nor have we given permission, for our compound trees to be used as props for your cables.
Kindly look into the matter immediately and remove all the wires going over the trees.

        Today in mhada colony bus depot mulund east
        Bus no A-370 got late . When asked to depot manager he said that the regular conductor of the bus not available while driver was available. And there is also one extra bus whose conductor and driver was available still they doing timepass in depot having chit chat instead of resolving the problem. Lot of passenger had to suffer because of such careless attitude.

          From last so many months bill is raised from 500- 600 Rs to[protected]
          Which is 5x . From last few years we are not using the premises nor there is any usage of lights, fan or any other things.

                  I would like to draw your kind attention towards the irregular bus service with the route no. 200, that goes from wadala depot to yari road. The passengers face hardships since they have to wait for hours to catch a transport but end up getting a bus that is going closer to their destination because of low frequency and high waiting time.

                  Also a bus could be started from vile parle station to yari road that can help a lot of residents residing in the nearby area of the route or some other arrangementscould be made available. Some rerouting could also take place although I am uncertain about it.

                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible

                    I reside in Block D-1, AZADNAGAR, RAFI AHMED KIDWAI ROAD, WADALA, MUMBAI, 400031. Which are ROW house, ground level.
                    Block D consist of 6 flats. All the electric meter with all the wiring of all 6flats are assembled at the interior of my flat.
                    During rainy seasons, water logging occurs in all the flats of our locality.
                    Due to water logging in meter box and wiring get dipped in water. This suituation is life threatening and unsafe. We stay under continuous fear.
                    Previously Multiple request to shift the meter box to safer n secured place to be done has been done at the BEST office.

                    I further keep making request to consider this suitation on priority basis and shift it to safer place, making our life's secured.

                      Dear Sir,

                      For the month of July 2022 (in respect of the bill for June 2022), we inadvertently made payment of electricity bill twice. The consumer number is [protected].

                      The details are as follows:

                      1. Payment 1: Made on July 07, 2022 - Rs. 2530 - Payment ID is[protected]
                      2. Payment 2: Made on August 03, 2022 - Rs. 2530 - Payment ID is[protected]

                      I expected it to get adjusted in the next month, but the amount for the next month has been billed fully without any adjustment. Please help resolve. I would prefer it to be refunded to source, if possible.

                          I have submitted the written application in the Electric House (Colaba) on 24th June for updation of Phone number and email id but uptill now it's not updated.

                          PFA Application.

                          Also I have tried to called electric house sometimes no one answering & one time someone has pickup the call & told to send the documents on this number which is showing in the screenshot. I have shared the documents on 25th July but still there is no response.

                          Request you to please help me to resolve it asap.

                              Sir, My Consumer no.[protected]*2 In this current month we have received electricity bill of Rs. 1790/- which is very high. In normal case our monthly bill amount is Rs.400 to Rs.500.

                              Our previous bill amount : June 2022 - Rs.480
                              May 2022 - Rs.500
