Note:
Since no physical copy received, we have been given an sms for a bill amount of rs. 20320, which is absurd and way beyond our usage. We will not pay this bill, as it is completely wrong to charge so much in this situation when we don't have money and you are taking disadvantage of the situation. I will take serious action against this.

            We had already paid electricity bills till last months.
            Please check the below details.

              I am surprised to receive a bill for the above mentioned period of rs.17330/-.
              Being a residential premises this is a huge and unacceptable amount. My average monthly bill is rs.4000/- to rs.5000/-. But this amount of rs.17, 00/- is more than three times of regular bill.

                  My bill for the month of July is almost 3times the amount we usually get and such inflation in the amount of bill has never ever occurred.
                  For reference my bill for the month of June was 1450, for which I am hereby attaching the paid receipt.Such inflation in the billing amount is not acceptable and is completely baseless.Kindly look into the matter and kindly revert with resolution as soon as possible.

                            I am best electricity consumer since 8 years. I am residing in central government quarters at antop hill, mumbai at bldg. No. 145, qtr no. 5350 and having consumer no.[protected]. My name is prakash chandra ray & my mobile number is [protected].

                            For the period of 29.05.2020 to 29.06.2020, i have received inflated electricity bill of rs.1, 130/-. On going through my electricity bill history for the last 8 years, it is seen that my electricity bill is always varying between rs.400/- to rs.600/-. So please look into the matter and please send the revised corrected electricity bill at the earliest.

                                Consumer number[protected] have received a message about the bill of july 2020 which is 4 times the amount of my total usage. An amount of rs 22990 has been mentioned in the message where as my normal bill is around rs 5200. This is simply impossible. I am a senior citizen and do not have any income to pay such a huge bill. This is sheer mental torture from your end for a person of 74 years. Unable to go to your office to resolve it because of pandemic. Request you to resolve the issue soon and do the needful on the mail itself on [protected]@gmail.com and relieve me of this mental burden. Also make a serious note that none of your numbers given on the bill or internet can be got through. They are either ringing or if atall its picked the call is disconnected. I am trying very hard since past 3 days to get in touch. Also the bill doesn't open to check the units consumed. Awaiting a quick resolution from your end with a corrected amount. Thank you.

                                      I request you to look into my complain as the electicity bill seems to have been increased from almost about rs1500 to rs5800.There seems to be some kind of issue with the bill.
                                      The last 2 bills paid along with the current bill are in the image.ther seems to be a significant increase in the amount in the current bill than the previous 2.
