Dear sir/madam,

You know well there is a single bus that runs to and fro from dadar plaza to bhakti park, wadala.

Now frequency of this bus as shows in internet is every 10-15 mins. Which means government has issued this bus for us public in every 15 mins.

You can check with any passenger standing af the plaza bus stand (Starting point), we have to wait for at least 40-45 mins everyday for the bus to come at around 6.00 pm. When we ask the blue uniformed officer standing right next to us at the plaza stop, he just tells us nothing can be done and we have no other option but to wait.

When we ask the conductor (When the bus comes after 45 mins) he tells us he is not obliged to give any answers to public and we need to speak to higher authorities.
They get rude while replying because they have no answer to give to our questions about bus being delayed everyday when govt has issued busses every 10-15 mins.
Please understand public can neither change the location of their houses, nor can change the bus in this route (Because there aren't any other than just 59 number bus).
Next time, i would be careful of not only recording the conversation had with the conductors and blue uniformed officer standing at dadar plaza bus stop, but will also try to make it viral in social media for the maximum public to know about it. Will attach the video on my next complaint here too as a proof.

On saturdays we have many a times, waited for even 1.5 hours for a single bus to come.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.

This is with reference to your email 24/02/2019 addressed to regarding irregular services of route number 59 during Evening period. While scrutinized the records for last 5 days, i.e from 21/02/2019 to 25/02/2019 it has been noticed that due to shortage of staff, some buses were detained during evening hrs. All other buses of this route were running “In Time”.
Simultaneously, we have given proper instructions to the supervisory staff and line officers to monitor the operation of route 59.

Our electricity meter box is tampered. Red light is blinking on that. Because of which we are getting more than consumed electricity. Kindly come and check the electricity meter box for any fault as soon as possible. We tried to register complaint but in vain.
Myself kantilal maghani ac no-[protected]has made a payment of rs1280 via net banking has not yet received any receipt regarding payment acknowledgment.

    Electricity meter was tampered. Past 3/4 months bill was faulted and increased meter reading was counted.
    Kindly come and repair the electricity meter box down our apartment.

      I m a resident of santacruz n travel from goregaon to santacruz by bus no 448 everyday... Today ie; 22/02/2019 friday, around 1 pm, i gave the conductor a rs. 100 note and rs. 5 change for buying ticket, the conductor did not had change so he said will return 80 rs after sometime which he failed to do so. As i was in a hurry so couldn’t wait for change, kindly let me know how can i get my change back now. I have also attached the tickets with this msg

          I am standing at bhoiwada bus stop from 8.50pm dated 18.02.2.18 going towards worli. Bus no mh-01 ap -0704.
          Came late around 45 mins. While 7 nos of 168 bus went from opposite side towards wadala depot. It would have been understood if the same thing would happen from worli. But if the buses are going towards wadala depot and have a hardly 10 mins distance between wadala depot and bhoiwada bus stop. I strongly believe the sluggish and unexpected behavior of best undertaking causing inconvenience to public which should be stopped. Why should public suffer standing for more than 45 mins of the bus stop.

              Street light non functioning in front of our society name is r. P. Nagar shri markandeya chs, 60 feet road, opp chotta sion hospital
              We registered our complaint over phone on 14th february 2019 bearing a complaint number 140238 for pole number b-60 and c-60.
              Request to please resolve this issue at earliest because in the night we are facing several inconvenience due to insufficient visible in our foot path.

                The bill was supposed to be 3000 but it was doubled and came 7600 for jan month.
                We are quite irritated with this tampered meter and unable to register the complaint. We kindly request the authorities to do the needful.

                  Best bus no 59 & 60 depart from kurla station to veer kotwal udyan & m. P. Chowk (Mazgaon). But buses not in time from kurla station, dont have any bus from kurla station 40 minutes standing their for bus no any bus their,
                  Dont have any buses their then why time is given in best timetable for buses,
                  How many time complaint for the similar problem. Their is more people travel from this route. It is your duty to give services to common people but public ready to use best bus service but you not give sufficient service to them please as soon as solve the problem.
                  Mimimun after 10 to 15 minutes one bus on time in both number

                  The Bus no 226 is not available in an hour gap also so the buses in the particular Routes should be increased and in the mornings these bus has a lot of crowd and the bus becomes full in this case u should increased.

                    There is only one bus which comes goes to mulund from kanjur east that is bus number 453. They say the frequency of this bus is in half and hour. But recently, almost everyday i have to wait for one an hour.
                    The bus used to come by 9.15, people going for a job come by 9 and the bus comes at 9.45 or worst 10 ; we office people have to reach at office by 10 and every late mark affects our salary.
                    We would've preferred local train but again the destination is not close to the station and it costs a lot everyday so we prefer bus.
                    So i would request the concerned people to look into this matter and follow the actual frequency of the bus from kanjur east.

                      I am shop owner at khetwadi. My consumer number is as above. My electricity bill for the month of september 2018 is very very high compared to earlier bills. My average bill is rs.3000/- 5000 per month, my previous month (August) bill was amount of 2958 the usage has not changed; no new appliances have been added.

                      You are requested to kindly look in to the matter at the earliest.

                        Our average bill is around 1000/- but in nove/dec period it has come as 6800/- which is highly infalted

                          I waiting from 6.10pm from vashi station bus stop till upto 7.22pm no bus here please arrange frequency of 15 minutes so public not decide to go another transport please solve this issue as early as possible always delay in various public transport but this type of service is unpredictable always think about those peoples who are travelling from best bus there are many buses of nmmt transport but at least one bus not coming right now

                            I have received your above bill for the electricity consumption at my residence at b-51, 5th floor, plot-85, maker tower, g. D. Somani marg, world trade centre, cuffe parade, mumbai - 400 005.
                            I am surprised to note that you are showing the arrears of rs.8841.92/- being the bill amount for the preceding month. I have got an ecs facility with your undertaking which is mentioned in your bill also as under: “payment through ecs-bill for information only”.in view of this, the previous bill of rs.8841.92/- should have been collected from my bank on 21/01/2019. Please let me know why this was not done.
                            In view of the ecs facility i am not paying your afore said bill dated[protected] and would request you to collect if from my bank on 20/02/2019 under the ecs facility.
                            Please acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm that i need not pay your aforesaid bill by cheque and that you will collect it from my bank by way of ecs on or before the due date.

                              I am office goer and travel daily by this bus from vakola to marol maroshi depot everyday. The bus frequency has become very bad.in the morning there is no bus for more then 45 minuted (8.45 to 9.30). This is the only bus to go to marol maroshi depot. Please deploy more buses in office hours in morning and evening. Please take some serious action.

                                Complaint : the meter cabin has been recently repaired in the month of october. Before we used to get bill amount of approx inr 400/- however after the repair, we are getting bill of inr 20400/-.
                                Request you to kindly the connection incase there is an interchange with other meter.

                                  We have received a very high electricity bill for the period - nov 2018 - dec 2018.

                                  Seeing the records from the past 4-5 months and there being no change in the way it has been used last month. Our bill for the month is double the cost we have paid in the past. We are receiving very high bills for the kind of electricity being used as the consumption is not that heavy the meter reading is almost 200 kwh more than it should have been. We think the meter has been faulty and generating high bills

                                  Please look into the same and arrange for a meter check up

                                  In 6 to 17 November I m was at village. And my bill was 1437. And every Saturday & Sundays we r in Alibaug. So how can u generate my bill. My bill date is 2 November till 5 Decmber. More than one month. Pls chk what is wrong sir.

                                    We are getting very high electric bill since past 6 months, our bill has been doubled since past 6 months. Request to compensate the extra charges in upcoming bills.

                                    I doubt that there might be someone else connection joined with our meter.
                                    Request you to please check the electric meter and bring a solution for it at our earliest.

                                    Since from one hour, I am waiting at Parel bus stop - for 22 bus number. It is not coming at yet. Are you checking time on what time bus will come or not. It is our mistake to stand bus stop for bus. Better option is train. I will be reaching over there in one hour. What is the management BEST looking for?? Worst service !!!

                                      Self Sanjay Panchasra traveling by BEST bus from borivali station to thane by bus no.700, today i had so bad experience while traveling it was very shocking to see the condition of bus that i have to get down at Kashmira stop with fear.
                                      The half part of the bus (above glass window) was shaking I can literally feel the roof of bus was about to fall on the passenger, I saw the crack above the entrance door it was so dangerous that I have no option other than leave and get down of the bus.
                                      i shared the experience with the bus Conductor bus but he said ‘’we have already log the complaint about the maintenance of the bus but no action from the management’’
                                      I asked bus driver for same he said ‘’ bus has been verified and check by the management and it was found Ok’’
                                      I was surprised to hear his answer from both of them. I was lucky and left the bus.
                                      Life is very precious of everyone, please take this very seriously.
