I paid my bill on31.1.18 time 5.08.20pm
Than to it showed as the bill is not been paid so i paid it again by mistake on 8.2.18.
How did it happen i am not getting it.
So now what should be done now?
How could i get my refund back?

Please help me out soon waiting for your reply.

Sir street light on chakala Street bldg 126 off mohammed ali rd. Pole no sds 9. It is not working.this is not working since 2 weeks. We are having a lot of trouble.

    Sir/Madam,
    Please find attached scan copy of my ticket purchase on 28th January 2018 through my Smart card, in which the balance is shown as Rs. 159/- .(1). This balance is shown after i booked ticket for Byculla to Nehru Tarangan. Copy enlcosed. (2). While returning I again gave my Smart card to Conductor for booking tickets. He punched twice and said the machine is not detecting the card, so I paid him cash Rs. 50/- and book ticket of Rs.35/- i.e. 2 full - 1 half. Copy enclosed. (3). Next day i.e. 29th January 2018 while going to office I booked my ticket from Byculla to Nehru Tarangan and my balance was Rs. 75/- ? Copy enclosed.
    So, where are my Rs.70/- gone. Please check and credited Rs. 70/- as early as possible.
    For your easy reference I am sending you the scan copy.

      I am surprised to see that bus no. 91, 62, 74 and 78 which were earlier plying on the subject route has been suddenly stopped. The frequency of the other two remaining buses 2 ltd and 63 is pathetic.

      I fail to understand why sudden stoppage of the said buses. Is it best is making more profit?

      I see buses 167 plying between worli doordarshan to elphinstane road station are moving empty during the pick hours with a frequency of almost every 5 minutes. Is it economical?

      Another service started from dadar kabutar khanna to worli where already share taxis are plying.

      Bus 91 which was plying earlier was always full with passengers. There is not a single bus moving from shivaji park to lower parel via kamal mill road now.

      Please restart the bus 91 and also increase the frequency of buses 63 and 2 ltd particularly during the morning and evening hours

        Payment is not reflecting in my account and best is asking to pay again and send notice for disconnection.

        Bus no 130 not run after 6 pm on every Sunday. I absorbing this last 2 month
        Pleas solve this problem as soon as possibel the passenger was asked the drive what reson behind this the bus driver and cundecterr says after 6 pm on sundy we don't on duty.

        Where is CA number on bill?
        It has been observed from last 1 month that there is no bus service available for bus no. 245 and 296 during afternoon time fr9m 1 pm to 2 pm. At borivali west momsh plaza bus stop. Please look into this matter

            On 10th jan 2018 today at approx 12.40 pm, best bus running towards lbs (Mh01l9576) dashed into my private wagonr car (Mh03bj4182) near ghatkopar w depot.
            The bus driver firstly brushed the car from side & later while moving on the road, bus driver bumped the bus into my car damaging the dickey and bumper from behind.
            Request to compensate the loss which happens to be huge for me, even having an insurance which would ultimately require a fee to claim the damage.

              Many a times its been observed after spending money for best daily pass still bus tkt punching are not working half of the time i had to pay cash kindly look into the same. It's disgusting what is the use of pass then that means best service is fraud. Taking money in the name of pass. Pl check the punching machine upgrade the sane with new technologies.

                What is the different between above name but conductor give the ticket from chunabhatti phatak give marathi vidyan parishad which is two stop behind the chunabhatti phatak and he took extra charges for stop rs. 14/- he give the rs. 16/- ticket and rs. 10/- he give the rs. 14/- ticket. Chunabhatti to sion ticket rs. 8/- only but he give rs. 10/- because of travel from chunabhatti phatak the next stop is chunabhatti cross the only phatak. It is a horrible and when we asked about that he told go and give the complaint. What is that we went to the job but he gave answer very roudly. Please take the action and change the name of two stop.

                  Hello friends i am a student in scholar's world coaching varanasi. I joined scholar's world coaching for preperation of bank po. They offered a test and disscussion program to me on every sunday and to cover whole syllabus in 6 months. But they have cancelled 7 tests till now even they did not complete the salybus in the given time. They always change the schedule of classes and say that the teacher is not available today so plz come tomarrow. They charged me 15000 for the course and i pay them 1500. After getting money they show their real face. So guys dont join this coaching institute.

                    Following bus is arrived at d mart koparkhairane stop after about 60 minutes.

                    To : dindoshi
                    Arrived at d mart koparkhairane stop : 10:05 am
                    I was waiting at the stop from : 09:10 am. (Will teach dindoshi by 12 noon)

                    Submitting this complaint for not maintaining the frequency of the bus as result the people face problem in timely commuting. Also this is customer dissatisfaction. & in such scenario how can best expect growth & improve profitabilty?

                    Pl let us know
                    (1) whether best has any system of monitoring & controlling bus frequencies?
                    (2) if “yes “ then there is some serious problem with the persons / authorities entrusted this task.
                    (3) as regard to above mentioned bus pl give following details.
                    (A) what is the frequency of 525 during 08 to 11 am (Morning) :-??
                    (B) noat what time previous 525 bus left from apmc or vashi (Starting point) :-,??
                    (C) at what time above mentioned bus arrived at starting point from dindoshi :-??
                    (D) at what time above mentioned bus left from starting point :-??
                    (E) why so much gap between two buses even though traffic jam is given as one of the reason., :-??
                    (F) when & what action taken if delay beyond the set frequencies?

                    To serve people better, best should make an attempt to improve on it's promptness w. R. T. Frequencies / schedule decided.

When public start shooting on starter immediate he arrange bus... What is the mean by that???... If we raises our voice we get service

                        Best bus no. 289 dindoshi depot kandivali to green hills/anita nagar (Ring route). Only 2 bus is running and whenever ask to the kandivali depot help desk they always say that there is less staff. Bus always take 30-40 minuts to depart from the depot sometimes it even take 1 hour or more than that. Others buses 282 and 288 bus depart in 12-12 minutes and many times they depart bus in 3-4 minutes these buses go empty.

                        The BEST Undertaking operates buses on Route 289 with an average frequency of 15 mins.Sometimes due to sudden absence of operating staff the buses can not be operated as per schedule. However we have instructed our Supervisory staff at Kandivali (E) to operate the buses with regular intervals. Inconvenience is regretted.

                          The bus depot person saying to file fir.
                          Do a fir is not a solution for small small thing
                          They required to change their system
                          They will charge some penalty or fee and issue a new card to the public
                          It also help the needy public to pay some small fee & get their new card for travelling

                          My electricity bill for the month of November 2017 is (Rs. 1910) much higher than expected, as compared to previous month bill amount (Rs. 1220) without any major usage. Please check at your end and resolve it.

                            I daily travel from bhandup station (W) to bimbisar nagar.
                            Its almost 50-60 min journey (One side)
                            Even after being heavily used route - best doesn't care about sending more buses on it. (They already canceled ac buses on it).
                            Daily i wait at bus stop from 8:10-8:45. No bus shows up for almost 40-45 minutes!
                            Once it comes - as expected it's already crowded. So, we spend next whole hour standing!
                            It looks like best thinks we like to spend 3hr standing daily.
                            Plus as abonus we get late marks in office (Best won't be providing us the money cut due to these)
                            If best wants to raise ticket prices they better think o[censored]s as humans.

                              I applied for deposit refund of my electric connections through applications 492 and 493 on 28 aug 2017 as i no longer reside there

                              Its more than 3 months, i didnt receive any refund amount nor any update from your end.

                              Kindly look into the matter and respond with status and date by when i will receive the refund amt. Pls extend your support in closing this as soon as possible

                                krupaya karke meter check kijiyega. Bharat ka sabhya nagrik hone ke naate mera ye farj banta hai ki mai apka dhyan is aor akarshit karoo.

                                  Dear sir, my name is omkar gharat. I am daily travel by bus no. 297. Bit there is a complaint about conductor no. 51366. He dont have ticket machine. So he says me that you are not suppose to travel by bus. I am going down bus. He is very rude. This is not only about this conductor but also every conductor of bus 297 are like this. So please take strict action against these conductors. Also provie them electronic ticket machine so that the cashless people are not get tense about cash.

                                    Suddenly in the month of october 2017 my bill was rs.1950.
                                    In the month of november 2017 my bill is rs.7750.

                                    I beg and request you to help me urgently. I cannot afford such a high bill and have not used electricity for any additional purpose.

                                    Request your kind support to get this issue resolved and waive off the faulty charges levied in my bills.
