Sir/Madam,
Please find attached scan copy of my ticket purchase on 28th January 2018 through my Smart card, in which the balance is shown as Rs. 159/- .(1). This balance is shown after i booked ticket for Byculla to Nehru Tarangan. Copy enlcosed. (2). While returning I again gave my Smart card to Conductor for booking tickets. He punched twice and said the machine is not detecting the card, so I paid him cash Rs. 50/- and book ticket of Rs.35/- i.e. 2 full - 1 half. Copy enclosed. (3). Next day i.e. 29th January 2018 while going to office I booked my ticket from Byculla to Nehru Tarangan and my balance was Rs. 75/- ? Copy enclosed.
So, where are my Rs.70/- gone. Please check and credited Rs. 70/- as early as possible.
For your easy reference I am sending you the scan copy.
