Electricity bill

I had been getting excess bills then my usage for which i had filled complain to best one year ago, they kept on generating bills of high amount even after that & i was told that the investigation is going on.
After 6 months finally they came out with a conclusion that i was being charged high amount & then refunded me seventeen thousand rupees.
Again know the same problem has started of excess billing & i am not getting a permanent...

My complaint is regarding the bus 398 (Mulund bus station towards Dindoshi bus station) that usually has a frequency of 12-15 minutes. However, today Me and my colleagues have been waiting since 7:29 am at sakinaka bus stop. At 8:05 we have taken a rickshaw. Not a single 398 route bus has come in 36 minutes. This is becoming a routine, the morning 398 buses are rarely on schedule. I request the authorities to kindly rectify this. Thanks and regards.

    Hello sir/madam,
    I am unsatisfied with your bills coming from last 3 months (February, march & april)
    Your bill come more than my usage.
    And my usage is also low than to the bill reach till 16000/-
    Ill say my comsumer no:[protected]*9
    And also ill update u my bill amount of last 6 months as follow..:-

    Nov-4310/-
    Dec - 9800/-
    Jan-13350/-
    Feb-10440/-
    March-12070/-
    April-16700/-

    You can see the amount of last 6 months...
    In every month the bill is increasing ₹[protected]
    This is very dissapointing thing...
    In the small word we say it a robbery.
    O please co-operate or will be taken a strict action by us.

      In this best cons no, there were two payments made of rs.789/- which included rs.780/- as best payment and rs.9/- towards convenience charges as per receipt nos [protected] vide transaction id : [protected] on 03/04/2017 at 11:40 am and receipt nos [protected] vide transaction id : [protected] on 03/04/2017 at 11: 45 am.

      However instead of rs.780/- each two payments aggregating rs.1560/- credit in the next bill is given to the extent of the earlier bill amount of rs.740* 2 payments = rs.1480/- i. E short credit of rs.1560/- - rs.1480/- = rs.80/-

      Kindly give the short credit of rupees 80/- - eighty only at an early date.

      There has been power cut off in Mugbhat Cross Lane for over an hour from 12:00 a.m onwards. Kindly resolve at the earliest as it is very difficult to sleep at night in summers without currents and no alternate power source.

        My electricity bill is almost doubled since last two months. I dont have ac nor there is any item of heavy usage. And this increase is from last 2 months suddenly

        Kindly arrange for looking into the same and take immediate corrective action. Also pls do guide on adjusting these 2 months incorrect bill

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          On 13th April 2017, I have made twice paid a payment of rs.121/- using Canara Bank Debit Card on best undertaking online bill payment portal.
          My account got debited with INR 121 + 121 = INR 242/- but there was no update in the account. I got a bill of 350 which consisted 240 rupees of April and 121 rupees of previous month, although I paid that amount twice.

          Below are my consumer no and transaction details:

          Electricity bill for the customer no:[protected]
          Cheque numbers:[protected] and[protected] respectively with transaction dates: 13 Apr 2017 16:36:36 and 13 Apr 2017 16:34:23
          Amount: Rs, 121 + Rs 121 = Rs 242/-

          Request you kindly adjust this amount in the existing bill. So that the bill for the month of April which right now looks Rs 350 ( 240+120) should be Rs 350-240 = Rs 110/-

          I'm also attaching a screen-shot of my bank account.

            Since last three days I have been trying to recharge my BEST bus pass at a BEST recharge centre near Mulund (W) Railway station but to no avail as the system has been reportedly out of order since Saturday last (29/04/2017). Being a senior citizen I am unable to go beyond the point mentioned above for getting my pass recharged. But the recharge centre mentioned above is in a poor condition with all the wires exposed dangerously and the computer needs to be upgraded. Even the whole booth where the BEST staff members are working is in a very bad shape with no proper ventilation, cramped space, outdated computer system etc.

            I request the BEST higher authorities to look into the matter and improve not only the working conditions at the above recharge centre but also install latest computers to enable the public commuters to reap the benefits.

              Dear, at Haji kasam chawl no. 7, 8, 9 and other chawls are making full theif from the main line and putting their air conditioner connection using the air conditioner 24 hours day and night putting the connection in the main line also the wiring cable is in bad shape which makes them to connect illegally. BEST should take and immediate action for benefit of innocent and genuine poor tenants of this chawl

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I am not receiving electricity bill on time, due. To this i have to unnecessary pay fines.
                  That's not the actual problem,
                  I had paid my due amt of 15716 online but still a person name called mr sai bushan disconnected the line.
                  As i was not in my office and my staff could not get thru me, he forcefully disconnected the line without checking my receipt. Even after paying bills this is the treatment we get from best.
                  Its a shame on best after given so many complaints still there is no action taken against mr sai bushan
                  Hope some action will be taken soon

                      I paid my electricity bill using internet banking on 8/4/17. The bill amount was Rs. 720. However, a receipt was not generated for the transaction and the transaction is not shown in the payments list.

                      Recently I have received the electricity bill for the next month with Rs. 720 added as a surcharge. How do I resolve the issue?

                                  Hii.., there was no electricity at my mother place in dhobi talao area near the church, Marine Lines, full one phase had no power, I have been trying to reach complaint department on No.[protected], which has a computerised system in Marathi I tried selecting both option 1 and 2 they just kept me on hold for 16mints and disconnected the lines since an hour I tried., is this the way BEST complaints are working what would a person do if there is short circuit or fire caught.. how are the citizens suppose to get in touch during emergency..

                                    I live in Khindi Pada where 391 buses has very less frequency at morning and night peak hours?

                                    What the hell best main heads are doing after posting so many complaints against less frequent buses when no public are there they bring 4 5 periodically buses And hence still best buses are in loses it will be in loss when u r not bringing buses at time.

                                    I request the best head to take srict action against the query.
