    This is to bring to your notice that, regarding Misbehaviour of the BEST bus Conductor holding Employee Code No, 112409. The said conductor misbehaved with me on 18/10/2014 at 4:45pm where I was travelling from Mahakali to Andheri Station Bus Route No. 333. I got the bus from Holy Spirit Hospital stop. The conductor not yet reached back where I was sitting in the mean time bus reached to between Nelco and Chakala. He was standing before the Door step (Behind one) and asking the consumers for to take ticket. Atleast 5-people were behind not taken ticket. Hence I requested him to come, back side ( Our side. Behind) " I CALLED HIM MASTER HERE MORE THEN 5-PEOPLE STILL THERE TO TAKE TICKET". Immediately he started to abuse me saying " Uthar arramse bahitkar ukkam they ne asan hai, Akkar goth mein bhait chao". Also continuously bugged and insulted me. So I feel that person is ill and mentally not fit, and cannot handle the work pressure. Kindly advise the concern department (Majas Depo) authorities to take necessary action ASAP.       Every day it has become common observation for bus travellers at Borivali station and on other end at chikuwadi the buses simply don't arrive for a long time like 20-40 mins and suddenly three buses of route 245 come simultaneously in a gap of minute of each other ..and then same one hour wait followed by three buses one after another ...today 02 Oct 2014, I reached Borivali station at 17:00 three buses arrived at 17:40 that made us wait for whole 40 mins ...kindly look into this recurring issue which we are observing for more than a year by now ...its no coincidence but a well planned corruption.

        The bus no. 289 from kandivali station to Green hills in lokhandwala township has a very poor frequency. Against this, the frequency of bus no. 287 for thakur village and 300 for thakur complex is much better. People have to wait for so long in the queue and mostly in the evening, the queue is extending beyond the waiting area on the road. There is no point to complain to the best people there as they do not have any answers. Even if there are buses, conductors and drivers, the buses are not sent to ply. I don't understand this process that why should there be so difference in the frequency of buses between areas like thakur village and lokhandwala township. Can you please forward this complaint to the concerned persons so that some action could be taken!!

          Hi, During the peak hour for past 4 weeks we see that the buses between 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m are cancelled without notice. Due to this commuter waiting for this bus has to stand 1-2 hrs in the bus stop in anticipation of bus arrival. On inquiry with the conductor it was found that no buses are available at the Deonar depot. As per the schedule provided for E60 we expect bus in every 20 min but don't see the same being implemented. Can this be taken to appropriate authority so that needful can be done.             best bus driver hit me from back side, rout no.296, near my house rajvaibhav krupa, mahavir nagar, kandivali, w-on 2/7/14, at 8.50pm, bus no.MH 01 LA 5714, DRIVER NAME PRAKASH ANNA JADAV, NO. 96008, while i was standing on my activa scooter.he hit me from back side which resulted in tearing my left knee ligaments. i am on bed rest since 2/7/14 still today. now i want be able to travel ny train & he maked me handicapped.i have lost lot of business & i dont know about my futures. pls help

                My complaint is fairly simple... The AS 461 bus operators, starters and persons involved with this transportation route are all care -less. None of them care about passengers, about their travel or anything.

                CAse 1 - Monday 11th August 2014. I was waiting for the bus since 8.05 pm at the Borivali Bus Station (West) bust stop near the BMC hospital... I watched six AS 461 buses turn into the lane towards Gorai Depot, but not one returned. I waited at the bus stop until 9.05 pm.
                I called the BEST traffice control dept.[protected] at around 8.45 pm and the concerned person there didn't even know where the bus started from. I complained about no bus being there, to which he responds rudely saying i will find out. He NEVER called. I called him back 15 mins after waiting for his call and the bus at 9.05pm, During this call he screamed at me calling me a LIAR! Saying that 2 buses have left the Gorai Depot. whereas not even one reached the bus stop. THIS IS LOGICALLY NOT POSSIBLE!!

                Case 2 - Monday 18th August 2014 I had been waiting for 45 mins for a bus... Since 9 am at the Nirmal Lifestyle Bus Stop.. NO BUS! When the bus Arrives... it has no seats.. With atleast 30 people in standing.. WHY??? what is the purpose of such a bus???


                My only request is - START THE BUSES ON TIME!!

                  Today morning, date 30 July 2014 around 10.10 am, i tried to catch BEST bus (bus no. 201, MH01 AP0238) from jogeshwari station to my office. Even the bus was being quite empty and i was the only one to board the bus the conductor and driver too didn't wait for me to get into the bus and driver drove the bus in full speed because of that i collapsed badly on bus door and saved myself from falling on ground. I complained to bus conductor immedietely about this but he started arguing with me so i making complain about them here. they are becoming so rude and irresponsible...

                    Its my second complaint to you for changing the meter, my meter is giving me a bill of rs.600. Which is huge for me because i have some appliances in my home and i stay alone . Previous moths i geted a bill of rs.420 . And this month rs.600 . A huge diffrence . Its my second complaint . No one came to change or repair the meter till date .
                    I have
                    1. Tubelight= 1
                    2. Fan= 1
                    3. Computer = 1
                    4. Induction = 1 ( not working )

                    So please change the meter otherwise i am not going to pay the bill untill you change the meter and lodge a complaint againts you in consumer court.
