    BEST has started happy hours scheme between 11am to 5 pm wherein fare of AC bus is half the normal fare. I boarded AS 461 from mulund depot at 1.45 pm on 30 july 2016. I asked for 1 full and 2 half tickets. Before anything else could be said conductor had issued the ticket with normal fare. When i asked about half fare he said passenger has to *ask* for half fare else normal fare would be charged.
    This is an unfair practice wherein those who ask are charged half fare and others are charged full fare for the same journey.

      Harassment by best undertaking - incorrect and inflated electric bill

      As can be seen the difference between previous reading and current reading is 104 units, but the superintendent customer care d-ward best undertaking charged me for 239 units and an additional amount of rs. 1000/- as adjustment/other charges in the same bill. the error in billing and the inflated bill was brought to the notice of the divisional engineer consumer redressal grievance forum (decgrf) and igrccdward at best undertaking by emails...

        A very high bill for electricity and would request you to kindly

        I hardly am at home and dont use a lot of electrical appliances or so.
        However i get a massive bill every month and i think my meter needs

        Your complaint looks to be genuine. 15 years back, I was a member of industrial association. Every quarter, I used to be attend "Udyog Mitra" meeting. That time in a MSEB meter reading problem, there should another independent authority for calibration and check Electric Meter other than MSEB Authority . Every body like my suggestion and govt. official assure to take necessary action, Till the date nobody had taken action in this matter. Since MSEB is the only service provider, the situation is now "jit bhi meri past bhi meri" ?

                  Dear sir,
                  Me and my wife, both sr. citizens, were waiting at cadbury junction bus stop in thane for ac bus which runs from thane rly. stn. (east) to borivali (east) at around 10.00 pm on 7th july 2016. many buses stopped and went but the bus going to borivali did not come. it was very dark at the stop as no street lights were there at the spot. after waiting for 10 mts. one bus came along and stopped at the bus stop. there was no led display board on the bus nor any number. it was also difficult to know as to which bus it was as it was covered by mud and its colour was also not recognisable. the door remained closed and the conductor was sitting on one of the passenger seats in front. i tried to ask him about the bus destination, but both o[censored]s could not hear each other due to closed windows and door as the bus was ac. i could make out from the lip movement of one passenger sitting in front that the bus was going to borivali. we went to the door and requested driver to open the door. he opened and we boarded the bus. both o[censored]s are sr. citizens and my wife has knee trouble. it took some more time for her to settle. after about 15 feet the driver applied breaks suddenly. my wife could not hold her ballance and fell down straining her right hand.
                  This is the way of conduct of your driver and conductor on that particular trip. best is loosing its clients because of such type of irresposible, indifferent behaviour of your staff. bus no. was 1253. conductor badge no. was 112130. we were also charged rs. 190/- (rs.95/- each), though the best fares were reduced to 50% w. e. f. 1st july 2016 as per the newspaper reports.

                    Brings your notice there is overspending bus on Bandra highway bus no 37 vehicle no 8688. Time 3.30 pm date 06 07 16 after complaint the same to bus driver he told us we need to reached on time also arrogant behaviour.

                      Sir, During the evening time at aroung 4.00pm to 5.00pm buses are not available from Dadar west Dr Antonia Di silva high school to Pratikshanagar, Bus route No 169 and 172
                      Since the school leaves at 4.00pm and students and Parents get stranded up on D silva high school Bus stop. Kindly provide buses during this time period of 4.00pm to 5.00pm, so that student can travel early.

                              I am receiving a high bill for every month. I am staying with my one children at rbi colony. Me and my son are out of home more than 9 hours and no one is in home to use electricity. I have done complaint some months back but i didn't get any solution on it.

                                From last 24 hours 20/06/2016 21:00 hrs our area has no electric supply after calling several time to best department first of all they never pickup the call in first attempt after several attempts they pick call and gave a complaint no[protected] from last 24 hours they have given only one statement that vehicle will reach in an hour but after 24 hours also same reply and they don't have any regret for that instead of they have told very rudely that no one will come to solve the problem do what ever you want to do

                                    Bus no 14: this busbis never on time.Today passengers were standing from 6:10 to 7:30. There was a bus only at 7:30. Then one after another there were 4 buses together. These people never come on time. People are standing there for almost 2 hours. Initially there were 4 buses inbetween. This kind of irresponsibility is not acceptable. For morning also, they never leave on time. As and when they like they from the depot. The bus which was earlier at 8:40 now it comes at 9:05. This is very irresponsible behavior. Please take a action on this.
