With due respect I am writing this letter to inform you that, The electricity bill received to us for the month of October 2021 is excessively overcharged against our Meter No.[protected] of Rs 11, 880.

I would like to inform your that this is the first time we have received high amount of bill untill now. Our average monthly bill comes between Rs 900 to Rs 1100. And we are the users of the basic home appliances (TV, FRIDGE, LIGHT, FAN). And our past data shows that we are the users with zero amount of due fees as we had paid our all bill before timeline.

On a financial condition we will not be able to pay these bill of such a high amount. We request you to please recheck our meter reading and revise our bill.

I hope my issue will be solved soon.

Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill ranged from 400 /- to 700-.
But in the last few month my electricity bill has reached a maximum of 1500-. Which is not possible for me to pay. As far as I am guessing, it's not my fault, there's something wrong with my electric meter.
Therefore I request to you please kindly send anyone to check my electric meter. Pleases do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Availability of 66 route bus is low.
This bus is crowded and sometimes the driver won't stop at the bus stop. The driver either stop far ahead of far behind to drop his passengers.
I have to wait alot just for one bus that to he does not even stops the bus to pickup new passengers.
Increase the number of 66 route busses.
It is annoying to wait for hours just for catching one bus.

My wife travel in BEST bus when she left her company at 07:00pm and goes to wait for bus at Jungleshwar mahadev mandir(Ghatkopar) bus stop and bus is comes but bus not stop she showing hand for stop the bus but driver see and ignored and go ahead so my request is please stop the bus when any ladies show the hand for stop.
A few days ago, there was a rape (Asalfa) on the same road which had spread all over the country. And I worry about my wife because she travels the same road and that road is very dangerous. If something happens to my wife tomorrow, I will blame BEST because you are not stopping the bus at any stop.

Bus no 164 did not stop at ked galli inspite of bus being empty and this has happened innumerable times.we were waiting for past 45minutes for 164number but he did not stop.i need action on this.

Last 5 to 6 months increase in bill day by day

Few days back there was repair in best electric red board in front of our shop board number a-2503...Its been more than 20 days the wires are out which leads to short circuit and sparks during rains many times we get smell of wire burning this is very dangerous for us...We complained about it everywhere but there is no solution please help us out of lifes are in danger...The best person are not replying to us properly...They hjave digged our foothpath and still they are not properly made up which is leading to broken foothpath people are falling down getting hurts...Dirty foothpath is leading to illnesses please help us out...Do not indicate such mishbehaviour and show the people of india that our best goverment is not doin there duty properly ...

Out side my clinic at
B -3 Silver apartments, shankar Ghanekar Marg, behind siddhi vinayak temple, Prabhadevi Mumbai 400025 there is for the last 2 months an electric cable strung between 2 tress, that is hanging so low that it is at neck level for people trying to get on the footpath.
This dangerous and needs to be addresed asap to prevent a misshap.

I am shrutika parab and am complaining about not getting proper service from busses today I am standing from 1 hour to get 494 but there is no bus I want the answer from ur side as soon as possible what we have to do for travel how we gonna manage traveling bcoz o[censored]r busses are very slow and not on time

I can not find any option online to change my email address. So what is the procedure to chage the email address?

I have received a bill of Rs.1850 this month. Normal Bill is in the range of Rs.220-400.
It also says that outstanding from previous month Rs.222.17. I have already paid for previous month. It is directly paid from bank.Bill Desk also shows that it is paid.
Not sure why so much discrepancy. It appears to be someone else's bill.
Rs.1850 will automatically be paid from my bank account tomorrow.
However, please do the correction in the bill amount and adjust the excess amount that I have paid.

With reference to above subject I am facing problem of less frequency of bus no 622 from Malad to bhomi park and return to Malad station due to less frequency in this route which cause problems to reach office late n return home late the one bus come after gap of 40 min or its 1 hrs if is not traffic pls provide us more bus frequency in this route of 10 minutes gap

I have already paid the light bill of June amount rs810 but in the July bill, the light bill of June is also included

This is to inform you about the use of commercial meter which is being used at 30/32 Nawab ayaz masjid trust bldg, masjid x lane, mumbai -3 .I am a tenant of the building residing on the first floor rmno 109 but still the contractor has not given me my house.This meter has been obtained by the contractor and is being used since 3 years of which i am not aware recently i came to know when the inspector had come to disconnect the meter with a pending balance of around 2 lakhs i was surprised to the my name on the bill along with another tenant of the building .Sir i am women of 87 years request to please look in the matter on a urgent basis .

Now a days behavior of drivers and conductors has changed on almost all routes.
