Complain of BEST bus no c61&700

Sir,
I daily travell by BEST bus using daily pass of 60
Tis driver of BEST bus no C61 &700 dn't stop bus at bus stop
They don't stop having seats also, tis is daily done by this bus drivers of C61&700
Kindly look into this issue soon as possible...

    Address: Block1,LORETO,Narayan Pathare Marg,Mahim,Mumbai-400016

    I have received a bill of Rs.1850 this month. Normal Bill is in the range of Rs.220-400.
    It also says that outstanding from previous month Rs.222.17. I have already paid for previous month. It is directly paid from bank.Bill Desk also shows that it is paid.
    Not sure why so much discrepancy. It appears to be someone else's bill.
    Rs.1850 will automatically be paid from my bank account tomorrow.
    However, please do the correction in the bill amount and adjust the excess amount that I have paid.

      With reference to above subject I am facing problem of less frequency of bus no 622 from Malad to bhomi park and return to Malad station due to less frequency in this route which cause problems to reach office late n return home late the one bus come after gap of 40 min or its 1 hrs if is not traffic pls provide us more bus frequency in this route of 10 minutes gap

          Respected sir /madam

          This is to inform you about the use of commercial meter which is being used at 30/32 Nawab ayaz masjid trust bldg, masjid x lane, mumbai -3 .I am a tenant of the building residing on the first floor rmno 109 but still the contractor has not given me my house.This meter has been obtained by the contractor and is being used since 3 years of which i am not aware recently i came to know when the inspector had come to disconnect the meter with a pending balance of around 2 lakhs i was surprised to the my name on the bill along with another tenant of the building .Sir i am women of 87 years request to please look in the matter on a urgent basis .

              Buses not available. Even after hrs bus are not running. Drivers don't have humanity. Sometimes runs before time.

              Now a days behavior of drivers and conductors has changed on almost all routes.

                मेनेजर : देखिये सर मैं एक ६५ साल का आदमी हूँ अज मेरे साथ किया हुआ है यह मैं अप को बताना चाहता हूँ l मैं ने ३८१ नंबर बस चेम्बूर से पकड़ा था आज १५.०८.२०२१ को दोपहर १२.३५ पर और यह बस आयी घाटकोपर स्टेशन पर १.०० बजे . कंडक्टर ने मेरा पास चेक किया और मेरे को बोला की अप बस से उतर जाहो अभी हम लोग चाय पियेंगे और भरपूर टाइम है . कंडक्टर और ड्राईवर ने लाइट बन्द कर दिए मैं बस से निचे उतर गया और एक किनारे खड़ा हो गया बाद मैं कंडक्टर और ड्राईवर ने लाइट चालू किये और खाली बस को भगा कर ले कर भाग गए मैं देखता ही रह गया . ऐसे ऐसे हरामी खामिने और नीच ड्राईवर और कंडक्टर हैं BEST कंपनी मैं . अभी मैं आप से बिनती करता हूँ अप जल्दी जल्दी फ़ोन कीजिये Tata Power Station पर और इन्क्वायरी कीजिये और ड्राईवर और कंडक्टर से बात करिए . अप मुझे यह ड्राईवर और कंडक्टर से १२६० रूपए दिलाइये और यह दोनों ड्राईवर और कंडक्टर को जल्द से जल्द सुस्पेंद कीजिये . मैं एक इमानदार आदमी हूँ हमेशा पास निकल कर सफ़र करता हूँ आज मुझे यह फ़ायदा हुआ है ईमानदारी से पास खरीदने का . अप जल्द से जल्द एक्शन लीजिये मैं PRO से मिलूँगा COLABAमें आ कर. मुझे इंसाफ चाइये . जल्दी से जल्दी फ़ोन लगाइए टाटा पॉवर स्टेशन पर धन्यवाद

                      Hi,

                      We've made an online payment of our outstanding amount of 29400 rupees, bill no[protected] on 4th Aug 2021, Txno: [protected]. I got the confirmation as well but my bank had charged me 29781.62 rupees.

                      I spoke to my bank and they confirmed that the extra charge of 381.62 is not from their side but from BEST.
                      You had already charged surcharges and late payment charges in the bill and this is completely unfair to charge a customer for making an online payment.
                      I need a full refund of the extra charges.

                          With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that I am a customer of your BEST Undertaking., Also my consumer No/ID is[protected] for more than 50 years.
                          Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill, about which I would like to tell you that from the past my electricity bill ranged from Rs. 1200 to Rs. 1500.
                          But in the last few months, my electricity bill has reached a maximum of Rs. 3500, which is not possible for me to pay. As far as I’m guessing, it’s not my fault, there’s something wrong with my electric meter reading or anything.
                          Therefore I request you to please kindly send anyone to check my electric meter & power uses. Please do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

                                    Property (B/1203, magnum tower)has been transferred under my name since February 2021, but BEST electricity meter has not been issued in my name.
