I placed an order on bestpriceshop.co.in on 23rd march 2017, and i receive the confirmation mail on my mail id. After that i’m unable to contact the seller on phone no.[protected], neither they reply to my mail as yet. Even i cant cancel my order because there are no links to cancel the order. I ordered my lotto shoes 7th April 2017 and I haven't received yet I am calling the custmar care number but call can't conect and my money duddected as well so what should I do.

I also placed the order on bestpriceshop.co.in on 13th April, 2017, amount deducted from my bank account but still I have not received the product. I tried to call customer care but they didn't pick up the phone. Now a days they have also changed their IP address also.
They had made the people fool. Strict action has to be initiated against this fraud online shopping site.
