Hi, I had placed an order for an Iphone cover from bewakoof.com (on 8th oct 2015) and had received the order on time (on 12th october). My phone didn't fit in the cover due to a possible manufacturing defect. I had to return the product (on 14th october).
My money has not been refunded yet. I have sent several mails to their customer care, but received no response. Order no : 3183769
They have a very poor customer service. Please help.

Complaint marked as Resolved They have not refunded in cash, but have provided voucher worth the same amount to shop from their products. It is visible in the wallet section of your bewakoof.com account.
