Why i have not recieved my product the courier company says the seller has taken the prodict back.. What the hell is going on i had made the payement online but now i have not recieved my mobile bacl cover till now.. No reply to the complaint i fed up..

    Yesterday i was not at home . then the dilevery man called me but i was not there but in in meen time i called him to come now buyt he told me that he will come today but no one came and in the site the tracking shows statusdoor close of time 18:00... very bad service i want my money back or give me my oder

      Hello, I have ordered a tshirt of Rs 595 from bewakoof.com. Firstly till 4 5 days they have not given any status of delivery when I asked for the status they have mentioned that we have cancelled your request. though I have not cancelled it. I have asked for refund then firstly they have sent me refund form and now they are telling my request was a cash on delivery. Now they are not replying to my emails.
      I have ordered a tshirt. At the time of delivery I had some issues with my phone so i contacted then and gave them an alternate number after 2 days they re attempted the delivery but called the previous number which was again not reachable as told earlier. on 8th Aug I got a mail saying you need to self pick up the delivery and on 9th I was supposed to go for picking my order but they changes the status to RTO notified so the delivery partner dint give me the delivery. Now I have mailed them about my refund they are not responding.

        Hi, I had placed an order for an Iphone cover from bewakoof.com (on 8th oct 2015) and had received the order on time (on 12th october). My phone didn't fit in the cover due to a possible manufacturing defect. I had to return the product (on 14th october).
        My money has not been refunded yet. I have sent several mails to their customer care, but received no response. Order no : 3183769
        They have a very poor customer service. Please help.

          Dear Team, I have ordered a Mi4 Mobile cover from Bewakoof.com on 24th September 2015. I paid the amount via my bank account online and the order was confirmed. I got an email of order confirmation. Today being 7th Oct 2015 i have not yet received the order. I wrote email on [protected]@bewakoof.com however I have not received any reply from their end. I now need to cancel my order but it states that i need to email the request to them. I dont understand if they are not replying to email whats the sense in emailing them again? I also tried their mentioned contact no +[protected] and +[protected] however no reply. I just need the package delivered to me or I want a refund for the same.           Hi.. I ordered two t shirts made the payments still there is no delivery. I tried calling their helpdesk all it says is all our customer service executives are busy... they are not responding to mails as well. Please help me out.

            I have submitted order through net banking for 4 tshirts on 29th Sep 2015 .my order no is 3165113. its 5th oct and stil i have not status whether courier has been dispatched or when its going to be dispatched.                 Don't buy any product from Bewakoof.com as from the name you should know they make fool of their customers. First they assured me delivery within a week but after 6-7 days also the product was not even shipped then i had to cancel my order. After cancellation i received mail stated "Your request for cancellation of Order ID 3137307 which was placed on 16-September-2015 through Cash on Delivery has been processed". But i have made the payment through credit card. I sent several mails but they are not replying and there is no contact number mentioned in the website. My order value is Rs.3542. So, they made me a fool and I am helpless now.

                        I bought a lower (shorts) from bewakoOf.com After a week i received my desired product ! But thet lower shorts was l'll tight from waist, So i decided to ask for replace with other shorts I called several times on their given nmbr But no-one ever picked up my call Neither they r replying for my mails !!

The order has not been processed also so It can easily be cancelled. I have asked them to refund the amount to my debit card but have not received any answer.                                 I had bought 8 T shirts from the web sight on 5/05/201, and you declared in site and in the mail that will receive my order within 7-8 days, but till now I didn't receive any T-Shirts and it was bought as gift that was supposed to be given today. This spoiled all my plans and yet the T-shirts are not even shipped as per Bewakoof.com tracking facility. So unworthy slow services.

                                  I wanted Moto G(2nd Gen) mobile back cover but I mistakenly ordered Moto G(1 Gen) mobile back cover.So when I found out this after delivering the product I had contact several times to Bewakoof.com's customer care number[protected].The only answer I got every time is "YOU ARE IN THE QUEUE" or "WE'RE TRAFERRING YOUR CALL TO OPERATOR". Even not this, I sent a mail about my replacing the product situation to their mail id "[protected]@bewakoof.com" but got no reply.

I returned the shirt within 10 days of delivery, from then i have been trying to contact them, they are not picking up the call. the just reply to my e-mails and say that refund is already done. I told them many times that now its more then a month and the amount is not refunded. They just reply me that its already refunded. Please help me out what to do....

                                    I was visiting India and heard that there are plenty of cheap shopping options on Indian Websites. So I visited one such website called bewakoof.com and made a purchase of over 2000 Rs. All the payments were made and I was told delivery will be within a week. It has been 15 days since that e-mail and I have repeatedly asked them for my order or refund and all they say is we have logistical difficulties. I am leaving this country in 4 days and I have all but lost hope.
