      I have order a t-shirt from football maniac site... I haven't received my order yet... And there is no information that when will I get my order... 15 days have passed... I just want to know when I will get my t-shirt

        Address: now when you open the URL provided on adds, it doesnt exists

        I had ordered football jersey on from the site and payment of 700 was made.
        After 3-4 days when i had sent mail to them on support email id, i got the response since this is address was not found hence message wasn't delivered.
        After this i tried to call them on customer care number provided by them but that is always switched off and there is no means of communication for the customer to contact them. It has been almost 1 month since i had ordered my jersey and there is no update from them and no means of communication and everyday i see their adds on facebook, instagram and peoples comments about this fake website. This is still working and people are ordering products from the fake site which they are not getting and most of the people dont know how to approach this situation i think since it is selling its product for 700-1100 rs.

          I purchased an item from myfootballjersey.in on the 22nd of march, 2020 and paid for the amount through online transaction. I have yet to receive the item.
          Since, the lockdown occured after my order, the failure to deliver after such a long duration was understandable.
          However, the site failed to reply to enquiries about my delivery which i posted on their site inbuilt messaging device.
          The email they provided in the site is non-functional.
          Plus their site at present clearly advertises a 5-day delivery all over india. So there is no excuse to why my package which was ordered months ago is yet to be delivered.
          Also, why is there a non-functional email provided at the site for customer enquiry?
          I would like a clear reply from the team regarding the status of my delivery. I
          Also am beginning to suspect that the site is fraudulent. So i would like the concern authority to look into the matter.
