1 year ago i ordered a phone cover from them.
Due to some reason i cancelled it and instead of returning money to my payment method they kept it in bewakoof account saying that it will stay. For 1 year i didn’t use it and then one day i was about to use it and to my surprise they already deducted the money. I mailed them and they told it was a technical glitch and resolved it. In a weeks time or so as i was about to order from them...

I already return the product order number 49666623 . but i didn't recieved the refund amount till now already taken a 8 days but i don't know what he do.he told me you recieve the money on 15th but till now not recieved and didn't any contact number to talk to executive....

I ordered 4 tshirts on 10 july 2022 at 11:58 am from bewakoof and the payment was successful but I donot get any confirmation mail and it is showing payment confirmation awaited. Please resolve this. The amount paid was Rs 1226.

I received a mail that an order has been delivered through my bewakoof account, while I did not place any order. I checked my bewakoof account and found that some fraudster has ordered from my account and used my money from the wallet.
Now firstly, this company make refunds to the wallets and not to the original source of payment without asking me my choice. This might be business tactic but at the risk of customers wealth. Secondly,...

I want to refund my order but no one is come at my door step and the delievery boy reject my order to pickup every time i've try 2 times but he declined my request everytime and he also misbehave with when he came to deliver my parcel. Hi, i ordered 2 mobile back covers and i didnt like them because the quality was not good so i decided to return them and the pickup was also done by xpressbees 10-15 days back but bewakoof says they have not received anything from the courier company.
