Got an email from Bewakoof that the order has been shipped but we have not placed any order. On checking the account some person from another state has placed an order from my account and it is already shipped. There is no customer care number mentioned and it is not allowing to cancel the order stating that it is already shipped...

      I have bought few cloths from bewakoof.com with the size M on 27th June it was supposed to be delivered on 5th July first it was late for the delivery than the size of the clothes were XL I have filled replacement many but no response from their side. I hope this platform will help me.

        1 year ago i ordered a phone cover from them.
        Due to some reason i cancelled it and instead of returning money to my payment method they kept it in bewakoof account saying that it will stay. For 1 year i didn’t use it and then one day i was about to use it and to my surprise they already deducted the money. I mailed them and they told it was a technical glitch and resolved it. In a weeks time or so as i was about to order from them i saw again there was no money.

        This time things have changed i mailed them but they told as it was bewkoof money that they refunded so it has expired.

        “bewakoof. com have 2 wallets
        1. in which the money a person can keep or refund money he gets from his orders
        2. is the money bewakoof pay as reward to their shoppers
        now according to bewakoof it was their money they paid me and its limit was 1 year and it has expired.

        So literally they robbed me of 250rs just like that and i can’t do anything.

        There might be many people like me suffering from these scams of these small businesses websites so kindly look into this and post it 🙏🏼 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

          I already return the product order number 49666623 . but i didn't recieved the refund amount till now already taken a 8 days but i don't know what he do.he told me you recieve the money on 15th but till now not recieved and didn't any contact number to talk to executive.

            I ordered 4 tshirts on 10 july 2022 at 11:58 am from bewakoof and the payment was successful but I donot get any confirmation mail and it is showing payment confirmation awaited. Please resolve this. The amount paid was Rs 1226.

              I want to inform you that I did, nt recieve refund for order id Order# 49581923

              As I recieved mail on 2nd july that bewakoof initiated refund but till now did, nt recieve my refund also status on app is still showing refund approved but it is not processed till now, at last just want to say that I did, nt recieve my refund so please process my refund as soon as possible and also provide me proof of refund reciept that you have made the refund

                Unauthorised login and access of my bewakoof account credits

                I received a mail that an order has been delivered through my bewakoof account, while I did not place any order. I checked my bewakoof account and found that some fraudster has ordered from my account and used my money from the wallet.
                Now firstly, this company make refunds to the wallets and not to the original source of payment without asking me my choice. This might be business tactic but at the risk of customers wealth. Secondly,...

                I want to refund my order but no one is come at my door step and the delievery boy reject my order to pickup every time i've try 2 times but he declined my request everytime and he also misbehave with when he came to deliver my parcel. And I want to return it because it is torn at the side of laces. So I want to return it. Please solve my problem as soon as possible

                  I've placed a customised tshirt order in this bewakoof app on 12th May 2022
                  Im posting this complaint on 5th June, but still the order is not processed nor refunded
                  I got a mail that the order was cancelled and the money should be refunded by 7-10 days
                  It's been 3 weeks now, yet no response from the support team of bewakoof

                    Hi, i ordered 2 mobile back covers and i didnt like them because the quality was not good so i decided to return them and the pickup was also done by xpressbees 10-15 days back but bewakoof says they have not received anything from the courier company. I have tried to contact courier boy and the company itself and they said they did the pickup successfully and there is not an issue from their end. I have the security footage from the camera as well that the courier boy came and did the pickup. So what's going on here? When am i going to get my money back? How many times do i have to email u guys for the refund? This is such pathetic service from Bewakoof, i have a been bewakoof customer for a long time and never faced any issue, i know you guys have received the products so refund my money quickly. Its been already more than 15 days. Below are the images attached showing proof of pathetic customer support from bewakoof, they just ignore the emails and don't do anything to resolve the issues.

                      I had ordered one item from Bewakoof ( Order id :[protected] from Bewakoof on 19-may-22 which was oversized so returned item on the very same day. Pick up agent (Sachin S Pathak - +91-[protected]) collected the item same day but status is not updated till now(25-May-22 on bewakoof app neither I have got refund. Upon checking with Sachin S pathak he says he has returned the item to warehouse but not sure why status is not updating. Reverse AWB number is[protected].

                      I have chasing Bewakoof customer care everyday but did not get proper response from them. got one reply but that is not satisfactory.

                      Need help to check this issue on please.

                          THE ABOVE ORDERS WERE PICKED ALONG WITH ORDER# 48557747 FOR WHICH RETURN IS PROCESSED AND REFUND IS ADDED IN THE CART.

                                I have booked 6 dresses with order id 48629416, 48629415, 48629414, 48629413, 48629411, 48629401 out of which only 48629416 is delivered rest stands undelivered. my shipment tracking id is[protected]. delivery co has told that the company has less delivered at their end and their is no response from the company's end. my order was prepaid and my funds are blocked. they have very poor redressal system which is not functional at all. this company's operations should be barred.
