[Resolved]  Bewakoof Brands — problem to return the product

I ordered the destination full sleeve t-shirt on 13th dec 2019 (Order id:[protected] and it was delivered on 18th dec 2019. I placed a request to pick up the product as i was not satisfied with the quality of the product. But no one came to pick up the item after 3-4 days of the request. Then i mailed them and there was no response. Then i used their chatbot to contact them. And then they mailed me that there is no reverse pickup facility available in my pin code area and to self-ship the product. If they have no pick up facility from my address, they should mention this earlier. I want my product to be picked up immediately.
