[Resolved]  Bewakoof Brands — Urgent Resolution Required for Order ID 72056258

I am writing with respect to order ID 72056258. I ordered a shirt from Bewakoof.com which was delivered on 17th February. Unfortunately, I faced an issue with the size and attempted to exchange it. However, my exchange request was rejected on 20th February due to QC failure. I assure you that I returned the original product with its tag and packaging intact.

Following this, I tried to return the product, but again the QC failed. I reached out to customer care and requested a Non-QC pickup (Chat ID - 841292). The pickup was scheduled after almost a week, but it was not a Non-QC pickup, and once again the return failed QC. I contacted customer care again (Chat Ref - 851216), and the task was escalated to the concerned team. Since then, I have reached out multiple times, but each time I was told that the resolution would be provided within 24/48 hours. Despite repeated assurances, no resolution has been provided, and my return window is closing on 4th March.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. I kindly request one of the following resolutions:
1. Provide me with a refund.
2. Arrange a proper pickup and then provide me with a refund.
3. Provide me with an exchange for a different size (Order ID[protected].

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to stop ordering from Bewakoof in the future and share this negative experience with my friends.
