Regarding the product delivery failure and no response from customer support

I have been trying to recieve a product from almost last 10 days but the delivery guys are again and again ditching me. Whenever I am trying trying to contact the company's support email they never ever repsond. And the chat bot in website is not helpful at all. There is practically no way to contact the company directly.

This happend twice, I am simply receiving the messages of delivery failed. When I called the delivery guy...

Worst Quality of Product

Bewkoof.com, bewakoof me by sending worst quality of product.
It get teared within a week as soon I started using it.
I mailed them several times by sending product images but no postive response were received from their side....

Order yet not received

I placed an order on 14th Aug'2021 from Rakshabandhan collection of Bewakoof.com. It was mentioned that it will be delivered by 21st Aug'2021, a day before Rakshabandhan. I didn't receive it, though my primary agenda of ordering from this collection was occasion.
I mailed my issue, also contacted delivery partner "Ecom Express". The update on tracking site showed that order has reached my city on 17th Aug itself but was not in motion...

I ordered a particular product from Bewakoof on 10th August 2021 but the product I received was too big for me, so I opted for an exchange but the exchanged product too turned out to be too big a size for me, so I decided to take a refund for my product and i decided to take the refund the money on the 'Bewakoof Wallet'. Using bewakoof.com has prooven to be a great mistake from my end. I placed an order of nearly 2k on 2nd of July for a friend's birthday which was on 10th. I paid it online and kept waiting for my delivery. Surprisingly I am still waiting for it after almost a month. Money not received into original mode of payment

Atleast give priority to your loyal customers and atleast should do reply.

I have cancelled my order but instead of payment return into original mode of payment source you guyz refund into wallet.

I got the refund of one of my order in wallet. Now I wanted to transfer money ro my bank account. So I requested to customer care for that. They sent me one link to transfer money. I filled my bank details and then money deducted from my wallet. But that money still not received in my bank account....

Partial delivery of product

Pathetic customer service chasing them since almost a week but no response st all. Ordered 4 items on 31st May, received 1 out of 4. I thought others will come later which usually happens when I order from myntra or from some other store but in my app it showed all the four items have been delivered (later I opened my order section to see status of other item) after that I am completely clueless that how it happened, when it will be resolved...

Order still not delivered

I was supposed to get my orders by yesterday. I also received a text messages from Bewakoof. But neither did i receive a single call from the delivery agent nor have i got my products which I ordered and have already paid for. Seems like Bewakoof is really making their customers BEWAKOOF !!...

Delivered Wrong Product

My order was delivered on 19th May and both orders were have wrong products as I have order men's shorts and boxer but they delivered women's T-shirt . For one product I got the return option after 4-5 days in the Bewakoof app, so I placed return request.

But for boxer with order Id[protected] I haven't got any such option so I drop mail to bewakoof on the day of delivery itself, they asked for the images since then there...

I have been chasing bewakoof.com over their chat bot and e-mail customer service process and no one has bothered take the issue seriously.
I have been posting comments on their posts over instagram and they are keeping on deleting those.
Requesting your assistance on the same.

I have ordered a shirt to gift my dad in prepaid order. As soon as i received my parcel, the parcel was empty. I have emailed more than 5 times but their customer care is worst. No replies from their side. I hope fir a refund of that item....

The product was picked up on 10th april
And the company is saying that they have processed the refund on 14th april and was saying that it would take 7/10 days to reflect on my account. But after the 16 days, i'm complaining on 30th april, the refund is not reflected in my account yet.

Refund received in wallet.

I ordered some products and then cancelled it even before it's shipped but received the refund in bewakuf wallet.
There was no option to get the refund in original mode of payment.

There is no customer care number mentioned in the app.please help....
