    My prepaid order was supposed to be delivered on 19th November 2021. But the delivery executive got my order on 18th of November 2021. I was not at home on 18th and my phone was switched off because I was in college, and we are not supposed to use phones. They have returned my product to the warehouse, and there is no customer helpline number. I have submitted a query but have received no answer. What do I do? Can they refund my money? Or send the product, home?

      I had used coupon PATAKHA while ordering on bewakoof app, the code mentioned, Post delivery of item, cashback of Rs 200 shall be credited to my account/wallet.
      It's been 4 days item was delivered to me, I have not received my cashback yet.

        Unathorised login access are being done continuosly and password changed again and again.I request for email address change on my account pls send me reset link.
        Password are being changed continuously still logins are being done
        The user also placing orders on his address and even my address too
        The user is sending fake responses to bewakoof customer care for not helping me out from in app support

        Also using abusive words on my account for me and my family for being caught for placing 1k order on his address by using my own balance.
        Please see I have screenshot of the illegal user address and phone number.
        I tried to contact brand Twitter handle no one is responding where's they are replying to others not me.
        Where is the security of my details?

            Recently on 24th sep. I ordered a laptop bag from Bewakoof.com and they have send a wrong item to me and I have asked them to return it and get my money back in my bank account this is second time they are sending the wrong item and I asked them to return the product they were saying that they don't have a return policy for that laptop bag but I have the proof from there website only there is no such type of terms & conditions regarding the laptop bag can't be returned they were actually have a mail id for contacting I am just tired tying mail twice every day and still they are not resolve my problem they were actually waiting for the product that once the product is 15 days old then they will not take the item

              I have been trying to recieve a product from almost last 10 days but the delivery guys are again and again ditching me. Whenever I am trying trying to contact the company's support email they never ever repsond. And the chat bot in website is not helpful at all. There is practically no way to contact the company directly.

              This happend twice, I am simply receiving the messages of delivery failed. When I called the delivery guy he said ' wahan to koi rehta hi nahi meine bell bajai kisi ne nahi khola' I told him we don't have a bell you should have knocked, he simply replied ' mujhe kya pata' which clearly means he was never at my door. They are fooling me from last 10 days. When I called the delivery guy he was nearby only( at plot no. 11) and I live in plot no.9 which is 1 min walking distance only. I told him to come and deliver at society gate I will pick it up there he said ok but now he is not picking up the call.

              Similar happens last time the guy was very very rude and never responded back. It's been more than 10 days since my courier is juggling with these guys.

              I jst want to recieve my product, or talk to the company support directly so that they can atleast listen to my issue. And I want strict actions to be taken against their unfaithful and cheating delivery partners. This is so very much annoying. Especially when no customer support is avaliable.

                  Bewkoof.com, bewakoof me by sending worst quality of product.
                  It get teared within a week as soon I started using it.
                  I mailed them several times by sending product images but no postive response were received from their side.

                    Order yet not received

                    I placed an order on 14th Aug'2021 from Rakshabandhan collection of Bewakoof.com. It was mentioned that it will be delivered by 21st Aug'2021, a day before Rakshabandhan. I didn't receive it, though my primary agenda of ordering from this collection was occasion.
                    I mailed my issue, also contacted delivery partner "Ecom Express". The update on tracking site showed that order has reached my city on 17th Aug itself but was not in motion...

                    I ordered a particular product from Bewakoof on 10th August 2021 but the product I received was too big for me, so I opted for an exchange but the exchanged product too turned out to be too big a size for me, so I decided to take a refund for my product and i decided to take the refund the money on the 'Bewakoof Wallet'. But thing is that now I want to transfer the refund money to my bank account. So when i tried to search an option to add a new debit card, i couldn't find the option to do so. So I tried to add a card by ordering a product and then cancelling it to add my card and transfer the money to my bank. But idk how my money got stuck in the transactions and now my money is stuck and now I can't do anything with it.

                        Using bewakoof.com has prooven to be a great mistake from my end. I placed an order of nearly 2k on 2nd of July for a friend's birthday which was on 10th. I paid it online and kept waiting for my delivery. Surprisingly I am still waiting for it after almost a month. My products were never delivered to my location for 10-15 days and then it said that it was returned to the warehouse. I have written several mails regarding the issue to bewakoof support team getting many ticket no.s as response regarding which no one has ever contacted me and thet close the ticket just like that from their end. I pleaded, I argued, finally i threatened that i'll file a complaint against the firm, but even then bewakoof gave no ### to the issue i was facing. Till date i can see my order in warehouse and my money with you guys.

                        If it is all a scam and bewakoof.com is a fraud then its totally understandable.

                              I got the refund of one of my order in wallet. Now I wanted to transfer money ro my bank account. So I requested to customer care for that. They sent me one link to transfer money. I filled my bank details and then money deducted from my wallet. But that money still not received in my bank account.

                                Pathetic customer service chasing them since almost a week but no response st all. Ordered 4 items on 31st May, received 1 out of 4. I thought others will come later which usually happens when I order from myntra or from some other store but in my app it showed all the four items have been delivered (later I opened my order section to see status of other item) after that I am completely clueless that how it happened, when it will be resolved or any clarity by bewakoof people over this.

                                  I was supposed to get my orders by yesterday. I also received a text messages from Bewakoof. But neither did i receive a single call from the delivery agent nor have i got my products which I ordered and have already paid for. Seems like Bewakoof is really making their customers BEWAKOOF !!

                                    My order was delivered on 19th May and both orders were have wrong products as I have order men's shorts and boxer but they delivered women's T-shirt . For one product I got the return option after 4-5 days in the Bewakoof app, so I placed return request.

                                    But for boxer with order Id[protected] I haven't got any such option so I drop mail to bewakoof on the day of delivery itself, they asked for the images since then there is no reply on it and it's been 10 days now. The ticket number is 1825905

                                    I have also raised issue with bewakoof chat bot and one more ticket - 1833609 got open and they said they will be providing the coupon with 72 hours but again there is no response from there side. I have dropped multiple mails but there are least bother to reply on any. With such an image of brand they can't handle a single issue and customer has to suffer with all such problem.
