I ahd ordered two dresses and requested a refund from shop due to poor quality and ill fitting issues. It has been more than 5 months and still no update on refund. There has been multiple. Emails and conversations that has happened from me to website and still absolutely no action has been taken. Kindly help initaite refund to my account asap. Its extremely disappointing to see such ignorance and bad customer service. The website should be warned for such fraudulent behaviour. I have placed an order and have also initiated the payment but it has not been confirmed yet and its been almost 12hours also I want to update the delivery address but they customer service doesn't receive my call.

Placed the order on 28th Dec. It's been more than 10 days, and I have no idea where the order is. Please provide status updates. Since I placed the order as guest login, can't see order details on the website.
