    Hi, I have booked a cylinder on 10-March-2017 and its still not delivered... Also i have paid the total amount through online.. This is the first time i have paid the amount online.. Thats why the people are not delivering the cylinder.. its also about 12 days gone... What is this... Its really disgusting.. OMG their website compliant page is not working & they have many toll free numbers and compliant numbers, i tried but no one is picking call... Worst & worst... Bharat gas web & compliant numbers all are jus for an eye wash...

      Recently I have transferred my gas connection in Noida City, and I have two gas cylinders, I have paid 3300 Rs for Two Cylinders in that they have give me back 480 Rs as subsidy but they are saying they will not provide this.
      Please help me to get rid of this.

        The Delivery staff frequently supplies leaky cylinders that are a safety risk and obviously underweight. They don't allow us to do the safety check. They attempt to charge an extra Rs.20 as delivery charge. Get very rude when you refuse. Today the delivery man walked away with the cylinder saying we'll deliver when we have a cylinder of your choice. In all messages and all commercials, BharatGas advises us to check for leakage before accepting the cylinder. but in practice we are not allowed to do so.

        Will this be addressed by the concerned authorities, and how soon?

          Aadhar link karwane ke bad bhi subsidy nahi AA rahi h. Bank or agency dono me aadhar available dikhai raha but NPCI data not fond dika raha . Bank wale bolte h hamne aadhar link KAR DIYA h ham kya kare . Or agency wale bolte h aadhar link nahi h . Sir mai kya karu . Sir plz solve this issue . Sir mere ko 6months SE paresani ho Rahi . Bank or agency ke chakar lagate hue

            Sir,
            I am Mrs. Vimal Pawar my gas consumer no is N10170. I am from Village Wadala, Tal North Solapur Dist Solapur, Pin 413 222. I had registered my gas refilling booking number on is 180018. In my village gas cylinder issued on Wednesday and saturday of every week. But from last 20 days gas vehicle not came to our village. And some persons coming with gas vehicle and cylinders and giving cylinder for Rs.1000/-. Its black marking of gas cylinder. We have registered our booking still we dont get cylinder since 20 days legally (Rs.750/-). And some people coming and distributing it by black marketing.
            I am requesting you sir, please look in to the matter seriously and fullfill villagers need. on one side Our Honarable priminster giving gas cylinder on subsidy and on other side to same villagers have to purchase it by black. giving about 300 to 400 rs extra.
            Hope you consider my complaint and resolve it fasly for our better tomorrow.

                  We found that the new gas cylinder that we were trying to connect had some leakage. This happened on saturday night. Tried calling the emergency no mentioned in the bharat gas book but the recorded message said 'this code does not exist'.

                  Then we got the emergency helpline no of bharat gas from Just dial. When called it kept ringing nobody picked up the phone.

                  It is quiet shocking that gas leakage emergency helplines are not working & what are the people supposed to do in case of any eventualities...

                  Shrinath gas agency which is located in bopodi. Always late delivery cylinder at my home address. I was in trouble. Phone is most off not reachable or out of coverage and not receive my call.

                    My father, Late Amal Kanti Ray, was a freedom fighter and he was a consumer of Bharat Gas. After death of my father, I requested Bharat Gas Agency to change the name of consumer (i.e. from the name of Late Amal Kanti Ray) to my daughter, Samaita Ray. But the concerned Gas Agent has refused to change the name.


                    Would you please suggest what is the ways and means to resolve the matter.

                        I was asked to pay rs. 5000/- when the actual amount is coming to rs. 3525/-

                          This complaint is in with connection in the name of my father, the gas agency M/S Kunwar Jyoti Gas Service, Buxar doesn't delivers the refilled gas cylinders at doorstep, instead their delivery van stands around half a km away from our house and they call their consumers to come and pick their cylinders, moreover the delivery boy charges Rs.25/- extra as delivery and does not even issue any receipt for the same. When asked he argues with his loose talks.

                            I have taken new connection from Bharat Gas. They asked to pay Rs.5000.
                            i paid it. They provided one stove with MRP:1975, a pipe of MRP:100 and a refundable amount of 1450 for regulator and new cylinder. a total of 3525. They are not providing Bill when asked. I need Bill for the products i received along with the explanation for the remaining amount.

                            to the the Bharat Gas Agency. I was surprised to find that
                            the Agency refuses to accept payments made through the RuPay Debit Card.

                              I have book gas cylinder refill on 29/9/2016, but not recieved the gas cylinder till 02/10/2016. Today i have received the message on 2/10/2016 that the cylinder is delivered on 1/10/2016 which is false.The delivery person are selling the cylinder in black to other consumer for extra money.

                              Kindly note the complaint & take seriously action because this kind of frauds are running all over bharat gas agencies in mumbai

                                    As per PM's advice we also opted to get subsidy on our gas cylinder, but we are not receiving the subsidy returns in our bank.
                                    But some reason we are opted out of subsidy, I called to our gas provider which is Padmini Gas Service located in Khetwadi, Mumbai.
                                    They told me first that your Aadhar is not linked with gas service and bank, so please submit your Aadhar card copy so we submitted it and then after some days I called them back and that time they told me you are opted out of subsidy then I told we didn't opted out of subsidy it's from your side then also I said OK no problem please opt me again so they told to write a letter so I provided them the letter but there is no response.

                                        I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no[protected], n book no[protected] our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery, he always say "its delay by company.
                                        Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days, and the agency name is gautam enterprise.. C-3/g-2 dilshad garden delhi - 110095.
                                        Company send the sms that your booking was cancelled why they cancel the booking.. My famly always aviable at home 24x7 even my relative also. I have the cctv photage that the delivery man dnt delivered the lpg gas... And when i again going to book the lpg gas is already booked on 15/08/2016.. So what i do now.. Please do as need ful as soon as posible.
