Bharat Gas — New ujala gas connection

Respected sir, i am Sandhya rani from Alappuzha kerala. Since 10 years i was separated with my husband. When we are together he taken gas connection with our ration card number ([protected]) from taikkattuseey gas office customers no:-20254 customers name :-SANTHOSH. But in from this ration card his name was removed now. When he left home he taken his gas cylinder along with him. Now we don't any gas in our home. I have 2daughter, i need give them education, and i need to managed my home expense also. So in current situation i can't taken gas connection with payment. So thats why i applied for uwjala scheme in vagappalli gas office (near Aryakkara temple )ALAPPUZHA. But the officer is said that when they entered our details and the ration card number the system showing with the ration card number already connection is there. Actually that connection was with him only. I present situation we don't have any gas connection. I have ulcers, h. Pylori growth, anemia like health issue more than i don't have any proper job also. So kindly solved my problems and as soon as possible. Other Wise i need to go for further steps.
