As i had booked a gas cylinder through bpcl application on 23.3.2022, booking id 98854. The status of that booking shows that the cylinder issued/ delivered on 25.03.2022.But I didnt get the cylinder yet. So I again booked it on 28.03.2022 and waiting for the cylinder since last week.Kindly do the needful to get the cylinder immediately..

      Tomorrow at timing 19:42:08 I filling petrol at pragati bharat petroleum near hamidia hospital bhopal 462001. where the service person not set price and don't show me the 0. And start filling. And final show me the price 176rs on machine that cost I paid by debit card . The give slip is misprint some latter's but I paid money ... please take some strict action against BPCL. And refund my money or give petrol of my actual 176rs price petrol...which they frouded.

            When digital payments growing India wide, your Petrol bunk branch from Survey No 56 to 58 Suchitra, Alwal Rd, near Selectator, Telangana 500010 rejecting digital payments. I requested them to accept digital payment as I forgot my wallet, but they rejected my request with rude behaviour. They said that “ our petrol bunk don’t accept digital payments you can go wherever you want and raise the complaint, will you pay if we don’t receive the money through phone pay or google pay”. When govt encouraging digital payments how can govt organisation like BPCL can reject it. When road side bandiwala accepting digital payments what happened to this BPCL.

            Please teach your staff not to behave rudely with customers as I’m a regular customer to this Petrole bunk

              On 23rd Feb 2021 I tried to book LPG Cylinder through your HelloBPCL application and payment got deducted Rs.899.50.

              After that I contacted your customer care many times now its been 1 Month No response.

                  They spilled out the petrol while filling, have taken extra charge, no air or restroom facilities. They behave with bad manners. Not given bill for the petrol.

                    Sir,
                    I have booked lpg online for which I have approached agency for my booking dated 37.03.22 (9:00am), one of the employee of hetram gas agency, Bharatpur reported that he gave my cash memo to third party. I object on this that how can you give my cash memo to anyone without producing any supportive documents, then he shouted and talk to me very rudely and said that this was his matter of concern for whom he provide cash memo. I need clarification that gas agency can provide cash memo of a lpg holder to anyone. After that he is not accepting his fault and gave me very rude reply.

                      I was at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad BP petrol pump. I told them to fill 400 rs of petrol in my Bike. While the tank was filling, one guy distracted me from the right and the other guy stopped the meter at 271 rs. And he told me that light went off!.
                      What a pathetic service. They were trying to play with the meter.
                      I’ll suggest everyone not to go to this gas station.

                        Today on 26/03/2022 i was visited on bharat petroleum petrol pump. I have tell the staff to fill petrol of rs 220 in my bike
                        And i said him for payment through paytm.
                        So he said that first i have to pay the pament after then he will fill the petrol.
                        That was not the problem so i have paid through paytm 220.rs by scanner. I have so the paytm payment confirmation to the employee. He saw that and after than he fill the another two guys petrol who has come after me and i was getting late for my work. After than he go to his office and he was checking the payment received confirmation. After than he came and he fill in my bike 200rs. Petrol. When i was ask him that i have paid 220rs. For petrol so he replied me that he had received 200rs. Only. then i saw him that payment receipt than he told me that he had received 200rs. Then i have told him that i will complain against him so he had will 20rs. Petrol more in my bike. Than he told me that wait for sometime but i could not wait because i was getting late also and he had also get late me for my work.
                        The employee was very uneducated and he was not serious about his work.
                        Please bharat petroleum its a humble request that please hire trained staff for work and don't do this types of act.

                          Hello My name is Paras and I am from Lucknow yesterday I went to a BPCL petrol pump which is located near City station Lucknow, the man which was collecting money he was very rude and abusive, literally worst experience of my life I usually go to BPCL Narhi petrol pump and first tym I was there so I went to City station petrol pump, the person those were working there they dont know how to behave with their customers, they are behaving like they are doing ehsaan by giving petrol as if they are giving free petrol.

                            I have booked cylinder online on 16th march and made online payment. It is showing delivered on 21th march but i didn't received the cylinder. I also went to complaint at my distributor office but they don't know who have delivered the cyclinder and they don't have reciept also of delivery. And The receptionist told me that we can't do anything book another cylinder.. She was also telling that she can't find that we have done online payment and any other information about our cylinder delivery...please look into the matter and solve it earliest.. waiting for your favorable reply.

                                2. Through this letter, I would like to bring into your kind consideration that on 20 Mar 22, i have visited a BPCL petrol pump (Bhai Kuldeep SIngh Filing Station, HB NO. 207, Vill Bhucho Khurd, Teh. Nathana (BTI)) for CNG filling of my car. The staff of the said filling station denied to open the CNG filling point as it is in the bonnet of car. The staff behaved very rudely and ask to open the CNG filling point by me otherwise CNG will not be filled.
                                3. The said filling station also denied to provide any complaint book.
                                4. Further the staff denied to fill the air also.
                                5. I believe you would consider this as a genuine issue and you would take some appropriate action as this may lately affect the reputation of your reputed company.                                   I book my lpg cy. On date 21/03/2022 and same day cash memo generated rs 926.50rs but cyllender not delever.But price hike and next day cash memo generated 976.50rs again.then delever meon date 22/3/2022. Why?

                                    Gas Agency Name - Rohan Gas and Domestic Appliances, Plot no 5, Vimal Millennium, Bhau Saheb Survey Nagar, Jaitala Road Nagpur 22 ( Maharashtra)

                                    After booking no delivery date was mentioned in the booking neither didn't received any SMS notification on when the Cylinder will be delivered . The so called delivery happened on 19th March 2022 wherein cylinder was not delivered physically. Since we had no intimation regarding delivery date & time we were not available at home to take the Delivery. The GST Invoice was dropped at our place which the agency is now referring to as cylinder delivered & booking cancelled whereas actual Cylinder is not delivered till date
                                    When we booked cylinder on 15th March 2022 it was booked with older rate & now Gas agency is asking for New rate

                                    We are not supposed to stay at home 24X7 expecting the cylinder to get delivered. Either the delivery date needs to be informed in advance or after follow up from consumer it should be delivered at the booking rate & not revised rate. Neither is happening in my case . We had follow up with Agency on below dates
                                    1st follow up 16 March : - promised to get delivered on same date which didn’t happened
                                    2nd follow up 20th March : - promised to get delivered on same date which didn’t happened

                                    Thus need your interference to make sure we get the cylinder delivered at older rate i.e. rate on date of booking and its delivered by tomorrow

                                      I have initiated refill booking (245703) request on[protected] & made payment same day.
                                      Received cash memo (260678) for my payment made.
                                      Even though dealer asks for money during delivery & not ready to deliver cylinder.
                                      Took back the filled cylinder.
                                      This has happened on 19th March 2022 & repeated on 21st and 22nd March 2022.
                                      When spoke with dealer, got very unprofessional and arrogant reply from them.
                                      Requesting you to please intervene and supply the cylinder at the earliest as i have already made the payment.
                                      If required I can share required payment made details.
