From M ravindran, Adarsh, Near nssww hostel, palappuram, Ottapalam, palakkad (Dt), kerala state- Pin: 679103; To The chief officer, Npci Place: ottapalam Date: 01.12.2018 Sub: complaint for non-payment of lpg subsidy by the bharath gas Respected sir, I am m ravibdran residing at the above address, a consumer of lpg of bharath gas with my gas consumer number[protected] at 4s global bharath gas agency, 14 th mile, akaloor (Po), pathirippala, palakkad -679302, kerala state. Email: [protected]@gmail.com I was paid the gas subsidy in my a/c at sbi, ottapalam till 02.03.2018. Then all on a sudden from april onwards the payment of subsidy stopped even though my bank a/c is linked with adhar since long. This is communicated with the sbi and confirmed that the a/c (Adhar linked) remains linked with my gas consumer number[protected] at the 4s global bharath gas agency, 14 th mile, akaloor (Po), pathirippala, palakkad -679302. Several times the agency was contacted. Yet they keep directing me to the bank and the bank to the agency. The subsidy for six purchases is not credited till the date. The details of the vouchers of purchasing the cylinders and the amount of subsidy not credited to my a/c are as follow: 12 april 2018 _ rs 157.87; 29 may2018 - rs 155.48; 15 july 2018 - rs 256.78; 11 september 2018 - rs 319.54; 09 october 2018 - rs 374.22; 28 november 2018- rs 432.23. Total amount due = rs 1696.12 Whenever i contacted the gas agency, they say it isn’t their responsibility to clarify the subsidy payment. When the bank is approached i am told that my a/c is already linked with adhar and is connected to the gas agency and so they can’t do anything further. Further after the november month’s gas delivery on 29th, the agency sent me a message on 30th as sms that the delivery is cancelled whereas i received and paid for the cylinder. I am an old senior citizen of seventy two years and unable to go to and fro to the gas suppliers and the bank. Kindly intervene and direct the gas agency to pay back my lpg subsidy as stated above.
