As a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy today morning. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. I do not say that here, Vindhyasini Bharat gas is the connection of my neighbor, then he has his connection with his son. They have the same problem for their transfer of name.         Hie i am resident of pune and since 5 6 years i have been filling fuel from the same pump which is mohanish auto centre samgamwadi bund garden pune.
        It was 19th of dec when i have refuelled my bmw 5 series diesel of rs 4000
        And drove home. Next day wen i took my car out and drove for around 3kms, my car broke down.
        Sending it thru the towing vehicle to the bmw service centre we came to know that from the bmw guy that the tank has lot of water content with the diesel which resulted in the loss of all 4 injectors loss and high pressure pump loss.
        Now my expected bill is around 5.5 lakhs.

                Deactivate opted out option and want again subsidy in my bank account i have visited many times to distributor office but didn't get satisfactory reply.

                    I, Gautam Goswami, Bharat Gas domestic Consumer No.91790056, Ref. Dealer: Neeljyoti, Barasat, North 24- Parganas, West Bengal, Dealer Code : 131346 would like to arrest your attention to the harassment I am being subjected to as my gas connection is blocked for the last one and half month. I visited my dealer many times. Everytime they conveyed that I have one more connection. But I told them that the Indane Gas connection that I had( connection no. 22521) before has already been surrendered on 22/04/2018 vide. Indane Termination Voucher(TV), Form No. [protected] dated. 22/04/2018 and I have submitted all the documents including the original copy of this transfer copy/ TV at the Bharat Gas dealer's office. I have been assured time and again that my connection will be unblocked soon, but nothing has taken place till date.
                    Sir, please intervene to redress so that my gas connection gets unblocked.

                          Sir/madam,
                          My name is subhradip bag, a customer of bharat gas with the following details, i am a resident of darjeeling west bengal

                          This is to inform you that for the last two order of mine for lpg cylinders i am not getting the subsidy credited to my linked bank account. I am getting a message in the 'subsidy transfer status when i am logging into mybharatgas account, subsidy payment is not getting processed due to: amount not maintained. Please contact distributor. I called customer care thrice, they were unable to solve my issue, told me to submit the bank documents and aadhar to the distributor which is already updated as told by the distributor when i visit them. I gave bank details to my distributor once more, submitted the aadhar details to my bank branch for reseeding.
                          I waited for more than 15 days, nothing happened. Then i mailed bpcl, called their customer care number without any resolution to my problem. Every time i get the same message from them "consumer has been advised to contact your distributorship. Distributor has been advised accordingly."

                          Kindly look into this matter urgently, the subsidy amount is significantly high and it is really hurting me, i am very worried. Providing the details of the last two orders below. Order date 27.10.2018 order no. 30683 order date 12.11.2018 order no. 32511

                              I have booked the gas online. I got first cash memo sms and i didn't received the gas on that day. After 2 days, i again received cash memo for gas delivery and no gas delivered. Same happened 5 times. I was calling to distributor with same and i always got commitment to receive the gas tomorrow. At last when i complaint on website i received the gas. On the next gas booking i have received 2 cash memo but no gas delivered yet.
                              Pathetic service i have ever seen.

                                      I hv done booking of bharat gas on 14 nov 2018 and done online payments through transaction id 106548 of hdfc bank via debit card. But gas dealer not received payment for which i hv to do cash payment for cylinder delivered. Now i want my amount 966 to be refunded back . I hv complained to bpcl customers care but no one is resolving my problem pls help me my contact no is [protected] . Same no is registered with bharat gas
