my name is sukhwinder singh, consumer no - 6939, dealers name - amrik gas, jagadhri - yamuna nagar- haryana . i want to say that i m not getting my gas subsidy which goes to bank acc as rule maked by indian government from january . i have purchased 2 cylinder till now at full payment and till now i have not got any subsidy credited in my bank acc. i have contacted to amrik gas on 5 feb 2015 and they said that ur problem will solve soon but till now they have not solved .i know that why i am not getting subsidy in my acc becoz of retailer they have updated wrong bank acc to my gas connection acc. and they r not solving this :( . now today i again visited to retailer( amrik gas ) now they said me that u have to take new gas connection then ur problem will be solved. but i cant afford this . so plz help me in updation of my right bank acc no to my old gas conection .

My name is Bulbul Golder and my Consumer No. is 9341. My distributor is Durga Agencies. This is to bring in notice that I am not getting my subsidy since last two months. I got a text on my phone number that it has been failed. On contacting the Customer Care Number provided in the SMS they said that my Adhaar Number is not active, so I checked with my bank and it is active, On contacting them again they asked me to contact the distributor. When I contacted the distributor, they said that they don't know anything in a very rude manner and asked me to contact the customer care. I am not getting to any conclusion . Please help me in this matter as this money is very important for me.
