The BPCL bunk situated at Hyderabad saroor nagar tank bund is cheating to give the required quntity of petrol. Yesterday i.e. when I purchased petrol for Rs.100/- it gave only 66 kms to my motory cycle. Same day again I went to HPCL bunk at Chevella and purchased for Rs.100/- now I am at 96 kms and motor cycle is running in on position of petrol cark. I request the authorities to look into the matter and take necessary action against them. Raghavachayulu

I Have Linked My Adhaar[protected] With My Bank Account And My LPG Distributor also . But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank is updated) Inactive . I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI .       This complaint is regarding Bharat Gas Distributor, Banani Gas, near Ekdalia evergreen club, Kolkata I have submitted my request for name change (Consumer No.:[protected]as my name is Bharat gas account is not correct) on 13th Dec, 2014 but whenever I am going to the distributor office, they are saying to come after 10-15 days but every time this is a practice with no positive answer from their end. Now, in order to submit the Adhaar card details ( with correct name) for DBTL scheme, my correct name should get reflect in Bharat Gas account but the distributor is saying (We'll manage, you just submit the documents knowing that this is not correct). I am a lady senior citizen with one knee replaced, but every time going there for follow ups which is really very much harassing for me. Please lodge my complaint and do the needful at the earliest so that I can submit the documents for Pahal DBTL scheme before 31st March'2015. Your help will be highly appreciated.         CHANGE OPT OUT OF SUBSIDY TO SUBSIDISED
        Proceed for Register Subsidised Cylinder
        Dear Sir, I think that Due to wrong click on "opt out of subsidy option", It has been activated by mistake. Kindly deactivate this from my Bharat GAS consumer number 60965707 as soon as possible. Please help me on this.
        I am totally disappointing from bharat petroleum . I am not to brought gascylinder in double price from distributor because i am belongs to a low middle class family. Therefore it is highly improbable for any person to opt out by mistake as there are so many steps before one could opt out. Nobody does not wants to de-activate getting its better facilities. So requesting you to kindly go through it and take immediately action for deactivate this worst facility from my gas connection to make normal people happiness.I hope to hear you all from soon with support.

                Hello, Here's my complaint against the gas agency "Lvn Bharat Gas", located at Hsr layout, bangalore. ph nos: +[protected], +(91)-[protected] This is my consumer no: 54384570 I am aa single cylinder user and stay at a place where power outages are very common. I am out of gas since a month and have been struggling to reach out to these people but it's really frustrating. When I made the booking, i was told that the last clearning was until some 3-4 days ago. So I waited for that time and it took me a whole week to reach them. After that, i was told that i have not updated my bank details, so went and updated it. It's been 10 days since then. Half of the time, their phones are engaged, the other half, they wont pick. So I have personally visited the office some 5-6 times. Every time, they'll say tomorrow and it has still not come. This is seriously OUTRAGIOUS and UNACCEPTABLE !!! Pls help me with these bullies !!

                    We are submitted form no. 1 with aadhar card copy to my bank, and also have submitted form no. 2 to my lpg distributor with aadhar card copy. But my ctc status on gas company website shows aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci) (Not submitted) complaing to bank they replied that my aadhar is already linked to my bank account. But why it is not updated in npci database.                         With due respect, Consumer Name is Pravenn Kumar with Consumer No. 53685441. I had booked cylinder from Oorja Agencies (SAP CODE: 149058), Mithapur CHowk, Badarpur New Delhi. Delivery takes almost 20 to 25days from last two booking, whereas I receive the message for delivery of my LPG cylinder in 5day. This is cheating from Agency end as they close the delivery call in 5days and whereas they took almost 3-4 week time in deivery. So i hereby urge to take strict action against the discriminants. Also staff in the agency dont have any proper identification card so they behave very harshly and rudely to us. So request you to kindly look fter this matter seriously else we need to book a case against them for irrational behaviour toward the consumer/customers.

                          I requested for refill cylinder on 16 Feb 2015. It has been more than 20 days but cylinder is not delivered. I tried to raise complain, but it seems you are not registering complains. This is disgusting.Please arrange to make urgent delivery of cylinder. My consumer number[protected]. Thanks for your help.
                          I booked a refill cylinder on 16 Feb 2015. Booking number- 1290634. Cylinder was not delivered for 1 month, and today I see its online status as cancelled. Why it is cancelled ???? This is really very irritating. I have been waiting for refill cylinder for past 1 month, but there is no response of raising any complaints. I raised several online complaints. Also registered two offline complaints, but still not getting any response. It would be great if you can arrange to deliver it immediately. I got response of only one complaint - number 495930, saying that issue was resolved. I am not sure how it is resolved, when I still didn't get refill cylinder. Kindly look into this request on urgent basis. It has been more than one month now. Thanks for your help.

Till date my account is inactive and I am unable to book a refill cylinder. I have visited the distributor (Natraj Gas in Kothrud Pune) numerous times and all they say is to check the status after few days without any time lines. Sankar Consumer No.12519 SVN 11, Sreevaraham, Trivandrum-8 I am a consumer of BPCL & have booked for a new refill at M/s Sandhya Gas Service (Consumer No. 12519), Tvm on 7.2.15 as per booking No. 398047. While delivering the cylinder on 22.2.15, the delivery boy asked me to pay Rs.628/-(towards to cost of new refill) + Rs. 40/-(towards delivery charges). My house is situated just 150 mtrs from the delivery point. Usually they demand Rs. 25/- and from last month onwards I am paying Rs. 40/-. I asked the delivery boy that I am ready to pay Rs. 25/- and he is very adamant for Rs. 40/- and if not given, he will take the cylinder back & I have to take the same from the Go-down directly. As such he had quarreled and taken back the cylinder leaving the empty and asked me to collect the cylinder from the Go-down leaving the bill to me. How a delivery boy was asked me to take cylinder from the Go-down when he is meant for it. Such Gundaism exists in the delivery system of gas cylinder. I am consumer of the above said agency since1999. I have contacted the Agency & reported the matter. I have got the reply that this is the amount all are paying as delivery charges. When I asked them why you have written in the office and printed in the bill not to give tips for delivery, there is no answer. I further informed them that I will report the matter to the H.O. I am the president of our Residents' Association and discussed the matter among our members and they are also facing the same difficulty. But some members have connection at M/s Ananthapuri Gas Service (IOC) and they are charging only Rs. 20/- as delivery charges. Finally, I just want to know how much is the rate prescribed by the BPCL to get the cylinder at my home, even if it is Rs. 100/- I am ready to pay.
                              i book my reffill on 12/01/2022 but today is 28/01/2022 not yet received delivery, no response from gas agency while call... sai shubham gas agency thane.. very bad service of delivery & get excess amount for delivery
                              call costumer care 3 times, but no action...

                                  sir, i am syed mukhtar a consumer of bharat gas asked you to register a complaint against ANAND GAS SERVICE, BADARPUR who is supplying the cylinders after 10 to 20 days of booking. and also sometimes dealing in BAD LANGUAGE. TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST MY COMPLAINT. i have booked my cylinders on 23/2/15 with booking no.[protected] and yet now i have not received they are just saying your cylinders will be delivered within 2 days but they don't. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION OR ELSE TELL ME A METHOD TO CHANGE MY LPG GAS COMPANY.

                                    I had booked my gas cylender on 22/02/2015 by mobile phone which booing no is[protected] but i had not received gas cylender on enquiry on anand gas service, 379/b, near gurudwara main mathura road, badarpur, new delhi - 110044 they said you had not submitted bank details submit these bank details first then only you will get.

                                    After submitting these details still we are not getting gas cylender instead we had done new booking again which refrence number[protected] dated - 05/03/2015 on again and again enquiry they are not giving us cylender.


                                    Note : at the time of purchasing cylender i was giving bank details but thatime they said thise are not necessary now they are making torbule to me as my cylender is finnissed on 21st feb. Only.
