Hello, Here's my complaint against the gas agency "Lvn Bharat Gas", located at Hsr layout, bangalore. ph nos: +[protected], +(91)-[protected] This is my consumer no: 54384570 I am aa single cylinder user and stay at a place where power outages are very common. I am out of gas since a month and have been struggling to reach out to these people but it's really frustrating. When I made the booking, i was told that the last clearning was until some 3-4 days ago. So I waited for that time and it took me a whole week to reach them. After that, i was told that i have not updated my bank details, so went and updated it. It's been 10 days since then. Half of the time, their phones are engaged, the other half, they wont pick. So I have personally visited the office some 5-6 times. Every time, they'll say tomorrow and it has still not come. This is seriously OUTRAGIOUS and UNACCEPTABLE !!! Pls help me with these bullies !!

    sir I have submitted my aadhaar card to bank on 24/11/2014 and confirm that the aadhar have linked successfully in my account. but no subsidy provided by your end to my account till today. i have contacted to gas agency where they have feed data inappropriately. they are not responding my complaint as well as insulted me. That, I have made following complaints to my bank. complaint no. 506059 dt. 03/03/2015 complaint no. 514576 dt. 07/03/2015 That, I have contacted my bank again, where they have confirmed me about my aadhaar linked with my savings account. That, I want my subsidy to my account as soon as possible by your end. That, your gas agency owner don't want to take any action and want to avoid his responsibility. he refused to help me and say go to your bank. please help me i have uploaded my aadhaar and bank passbook.       We are submitted form no. 1 with aadhar card copy to my bank, and also have submitted form no. 2 to my lpg distributor with aadhar card copy. But my ctc status on gas company website shows aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci) (Not submitted) complaing to bank they replied that my aadhar is already linked to my bank account. But why it is not updated in npci database.           With due respect, Consumer Name is Pravenn Kumar with Consumer No. 53685441. I had booked cylinder from Oorja Agencies (SAP CODE: 149058), Mithapur CHowk, Badarpur New Delhi. Delivery takes almost 20 to 25days from last two booking, whereas I receive the message for delivery of my LPG cylinder in 5day. This is cheating from Agency end as they close the delivery call in 5days and whereas they took almost 3-4 week time in deivery. So i hereby urge to take strict action against the discriminants. Also staff in the agency dont have any proper identification card so they behave very harshly and rudely to us. So request you to kindly look fter this matter seriously else we need to book a case against them for irrational behaviour toward the consumer/customers.

            I requested for refill cylinder on 16 Feb 2015. It has been more than 20 days but cylinder is not delivered. I tried to raise complain, but it seems you are not registering complains. This is disgusting.Please arrange to make urgent delivery of cylinder. My consumer number[protected]. Thanks for your help.
            I booked a refill cylinder on 16 Feb 2015. Booking number- 1290634. Cylinder was not delivered for 1 month, and today I see its online status as cancelled. Why it is cancelled ???? This is really very irritating. I have been waiting for refill cylinder for past 1 month, but there is no response of raising any complaints. I raised several online complaints. Also registered two offline complaints, but still not getting any response. It would be great if you can arrange to deliver it immediately. I got response of only one complaint - number 495930, saying that issue was resolved. I am not sure how it is resolved, when I still didn't get refill cylinder. Kindly look into this request on urgent basis. It has been more than one month now. Thanks for your help.

              My Bharat Gas account was blocked and I submitted the form for reactivation as per process on February 20, 2015. Till date my account is inactive and I am unable to book a refill cylinder. I have visited the distributor (Natraj Gas in Kothrud Pune) numerous times and all they say is to check the status after few days without any time lines.                 Dear Sir, I want to chnage my gas owner name at present it was register on late shanti dev sharma. i want to change in my name laxmi devi sharma w/o Late shanti dev sharma, I had done many form submit for this & many complain but no resolution i get, now i check my status so it show blocked .& no people in agency was ready to resolve the issue, registered mob no -[protected].connection number -27049. and i submit all related document for this like Death certificate, relation certificate & court Affidavit) please check & resolve my this problem..name change application was submitted through shri shiv gas agency sikar Rajasthan before two years ago but name change and booking cylinder is not delivery since last 2 months.

                  sir, i am syed mukhtar a consumer of bharat gas asked you to register a complaint against ANAND GAS SERVICE, BADARPUR who is supplying the cylinders after 10 to 20 days of booking. and also sometimes dealing in BAD LANGUAGE. TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST MY COMPLAINT. i have booked my cylinders on 23/2/15 with booking no.[protected] and yet now i have not received they are just saying your cylinders will be delivered within 2 days but they don't. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION OR ELSE TELL ME A METHOD TO CHANGE MY LPG GAS COMPANY.

                    I had booked my gas cylender on 22/02/2015 by mobile phone which booing no is[protected] but i had not received gas cylender on enquiry on anand gas service, 379/b, near gurudwara main mathura road, badarpur, new delhi - 110044 they said you had not submitted bank details submit these bank details first then only you will get.

                    After submitting these details still we are not getting gas cylender instead we had done new booking again which refrence number[protected] dated - 05/03/2015 on again and again enquiry they are not giving us cylender.


                    Note : at the time of purchasing cylender i was giving bank details but thatime they said thise are not necessary now they are making torbule to me as my cylender is finnissed on 21st feb. Only.

                        Did not receive my LPG gas

                              Hi, I am a customer of Bharat gas(MAG GAS Agencies, Bharat Gas Distributor, 133-A, North Car Street, Vallioor-627117, Ph no:[protected], [protected]). I registered for second cylinder(DBC) in Jan2015 through online.I got computer generated reply which showed “my request id:1349725 and meet the distributor.But I was told to fill the “KYC FORM””(What is the use of computerized process?). OK.I did that.I waited for more than a couple of weeks to get reply.No way.So I went on 3/3/2015.The manager insisted me to buy goods along with the DBC which cost totally Rs.4500.I asked”Is there any way to get DBC without goods?”She said “there is no way.If you want you come in April and we will negotiate .”(I have waited for about 3hours to get nothing.)She also replied that the Bharat gas company is forcing us to sell product.Is this true?If it is true, why are you putting the notice board which says “NO COMPELTION TO BUY GOODS”(This is in English.What would the people who don’t know English?).I got replied that” that is just for eye wash otherwise why do they (Bharat Gas Company)put product in their name and telling us to sell .”I realised there is no use of talking.So I am requesting you to consider my complaint and let her provide DBC.My consumer no:64302194. P.S:I am not the only one worrying about this kind of dealing.Most of them.PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO VANISH THE CORRUPTION. 1)Name transfer :Asking money from Rs. 500. 2)New connection:Rs.Rs.8500(compulsory buying goods). 3)DBC :Rs.4500(with goods) 4)We are forced to pay extra Rs.40 other than the bill for a cylinder when the cylinder is delivered.                               First of all, thanks to THE INDIAN OIL CORPORATION HEAD
                              MR.B.ASHOK.I gave complaint to the toll free complaint phone
                              number:[protected].They registered my complaint and gave me a complaint number.In a week, A sales officer from Thoothukudi enquired and told me to go with original documents. Thanks to the officer.I paid Rs.1450 for a cylinder + Rs.75 for an agreement.Thanks to the Mag Gas Agencies. But I got cylinder next day due to the delivery person's leave and still I am waiting to get a receipt.I am going to go there tomorrow to get a receipt.(This is going to be 6th
                              time.)I hope I’ll get it.
                              Finally I got the receipt for Rs.1450.I hope this would be helpful for somebody.Best wishes for getting in real price.

                                Dear Sirs, My consumer Number is 62664431. I have booked a cylinder for refilling on 28th Feb 2015. Since the above agency never do door deliver I went to his shop today to get delivery, but he says the stock is finished and your booking stands cancelled!!. He charges Rs. 30-40 extra from every consumer. This despite the fact he never gives door delivery and we have to spend extra in bringing filled cylinder home. We are fed up with this agency. Kindly do something about it and ensure that I get my booked cylinder at my home. I have tried your phone number, but nobody picks up phone. So is my gas agency, they too never answer the phone calls. Have you all got some training from Bharat Gas to deal with customer complaints and advised you not to pick up phones, perhaps the best way to deal with consumer complaints. What for you are paying commission to your agencies if they cannot discharge their responsibilities? If situation remains same, I will have to take up the matter with Oil Ministry and also highlight the atrocities of your gas agency through newspapers and other social media. I need an answer as to why your agencies are behaving like this treating the consumers like dogs!! What do you mean by category? what I should opt here? there is no category as 'domestic gas service'. and you need me to select a category. Some drunken fellow has created this site for you.
                                I have booked before 5 days but till now I did not receive delivery
