Bharat Gas — Refill cylinder not delivered

I have booked Bharatgas cylinder refill on 30th Aug-22 with reference number- 35177, but till now( 13th Sep) my cylinder is not delivered. I have tried to communicate the dealer' Sri BhagyaLakshmi Gas agency- kurnool' with contact number- [protected] several times but the dealer is not answering my calls even once. Even the Bharatgas customer care number- [protected] is not working. I have not found any option in Bharatgas website either to complaint.
