Yesterday at 07.30PM when I had gone to fill petrol in my bike at BPCL(Urmila filling station, Rahama, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha), the thing is that the Salesman at petrol pump refused to take Rs.10/- coins even they argue with me at list 30 minutes and said that bank is not accepting the rs.10 coin for depositing cash. So he can not accept. I told to call manager and manager also refused to take the coins and misbehave me.So help me out by suggesting right method to handle this case and help other customers for inconvenience faced for petrol pumps

I ordered to refill my cylinder. Delivery man charged me Rs 1060 but price at booking time was 1055.50 and also he did not gave me any slip. Also i want to know whether it is duty of delivery man to deliver cylinder on the floor i reside or to leave the cylinder on the road.

I have booked Bharatgas cylinder refill on 30th Aug-22 with reference number- 35177, but till now( 13th Sep) my cylinder is not delivered. I have tried to communicate the dealer' Sri BhagyaLakshmi Gas agency- kurnool' with contact number- [protected] several times but the dealer is not answering my calls even once. Even the Bharatgas customer care number- [protected] is not working. I have not found any option in Bharatgas website either to...

Please cancel booking "35471" .my consumer id is 65194281.
I called him to cancel the booking but they are not canceling.
As of now i do not empty cylinder . i do not know how multiple
booking created in there system and also made payment online.

Today, on 09-September-2022, while booking for Bharat Gas domestic cooking gas cylinder, I wrongly paid Rs. 1, 104.50 to UPI ID bpcl.[protected]@hdfcbank via Reference No.[protected] at 01:45 PM.
Hence I request you to return this payment to my bank account.

Please note, at 02:04 PM, I correctly transferred the same amount of Rs. 1, 104.50 to correct UPI of Bharat Gas via Order No. [protected] and Reference No.[protected].

Please check quality or cylinders to domestic consumers in Vadodara as it consumes a lot & cylinder empties in less than one month

I refill petrol regularly fron Bharat Petrolpump, Star Service Station, Baruipur. There is free air service. But they do not want to provide the setvice. Every time make excuses - no extra manpower, machine is not working, no electricity now. Come later. If we ask for self service, they behave rudely. This has to be stopped. Pls do something.

BPCL Jain Service Station is not providing Air filling facility. Every time they make excuses that staff is not available.

My bharat lpg gas booking id 60156 on dated 03/09/2022 but still date not any information in this regarding. we can't cooking any raw material with lpg gas, in the current time, lpg gas in every chicken become basic need for cooking raw material for surviving life.

I did online paymnt using google pay and my amount also got deducted 200 rs for ufill but i did not get otp on my mobile number and after that i got a message that my refund is initiated but it's been 10 days still i haven't received the amount. Kindly refund my amount.

Roopam agency has deliver cylinders to others by using our account. they book cylinder in our account and sell someone else.
pls contact us as this happen regularly.

I am Prasanna from madurai.near by there is petrol bulk called edison enterprise in crime branch busstop.. there are demanding the customers to refill for 1 litre or more while using debit, credit and especially digital transaction.. i asked them to refill for rupees 100 .. they said i should pay extra 26 paise for that.. i argued them and asked to refill 1 litre using my paytm payment on 30.08.2022 midnight around 12.15am.. this unfair.. and no supervisior was not at the bulk.. even when i went morning for compliant they behaved rude... if this continues i must and should definitely sue BP to court...

BPCL - BUDDAY NAIK FILLING STATION, YADGIR 585202 - is not accepting card payments and UPI payments irrespective of day or night. Also, they're not checking air for vehicles.

I came to bunk to fill diesel for Rs.500/-. The worker is sitting in a chair and he came after 2 minutes. The worker is in no uniform. He started filling petrol. I'm looking into my phonepe to make payment. He filled the diesel and I told him to bring the scanner. He shouted at me 'step out and scan'. I told politely it's your job to carry the scanner. He grabbed my Car key and started moving away rashly. My left hand middle finger got injured at the same time. Kindly look into the same and suspend the worker.

Sir, i have recently gone to Bharat Petroleum, Petrol Pump the name
 and address of the petrol pump is: Shikha Petroleum, SHIKHPURI GANGA CANAL BRID, HARIDWAR, Uttarakhand 247667, i went to petrol filling machine and ask to salesman to fill up the petrol of Rs.165/- and i said that i will do Paytm the Paytm code clearly visible on the machine with the name of Sikha petroleum but the salesman told to me that i have to be paid first after the payment received and will show in their machine after that they fill the petrol, first thing, is that right?  and secondly when I ask to talk to senior then the senior (t may be the dealer of petrol pump) he said me it is the rule of the petrol pump, Really? so, i paid the amount and showed them the status of success of the payment but the salesman and the dealer did not accept it and said that we don't received any amount, after 15 minutes when they see their machine after that they riffile the fuel they almost waste my 15 minutes what is this behavior of the staff and dealer sir, is that correct? is this type of rule exit?

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible and ask to staff for write a letter of apology and will not happen again in future

I paid online CCAvenues amount of Rs.3053 by Paytm UPI for my new gas connection request Id 83521225 showing successful in my account statement but bharatgas status showing payment failed. UPI reference no.[protected]. Please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 24.08.2022 through company mobile app BPCL and made payment using upi onBHIM portal. Amount of rs 1110 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: In Progress. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.

Three officers came to see pump and they were least bothered about safety and they were smoking cigarette near pump while tanker was unloading. Thank to god that nothing wrong went . If the officials are not aware of safety how can they expect others to obey safety rules and other regulations. I want strict action against this officer because he is risking thousands people lifes.
