I am facing problem of gas cylinder delivery since last six months. I have complaint many times but there is no result. There is no response after many of follow ups on daily basis. My current booking Date is 06.01.2024 after 8 days there is no delivery of cylinder & no any response from Raghav Bharat Gas Agency Dadri. Kindly give us right suggestion & provide us solution . Today 14/01/2023 received Gas Cylinder Delivery and delivery boy asking extra money for delivering.
After refusing the money he started unwanted fuss.

When i call on number given by them they never respond. Given numbers are 2208262, 2205577, 2202596, [protected], [protected]

I want to book my cylinder online, till time i always book online but now it show your number is not register with us and when i register new number then also same issue not what to do. I always pay in advance but now i am not able to pay online.

I Subhankar Dey consumer of bharat gas.Consumer id[protected].I want to change my connection to my father's name but my account status is showing block due to multiple connection in my aadhaar in my BPCL app.In this situations i unable to book bharat gas cylinder for my family.Kindly unblock this account urgently & change the connection to my father's name.

When I asked if there is an alternative, I said no, why can I check, when I asked why I can't check, there was no correct response.

I have applied for new Bharat gas connection. This is the request I'd : 86030224

However, My upload documents are processed successfully but while making a online payment, it doesn't allow and gives me an error with maximum OTP limit exceeded.

Due to this issue I am not able to make payment.

Request you to please check this on priority basis and let me know.

Petrol pump salesman have bad and rude behavior with consumer,
I was in emergency in the morning and got my tyre puncture so tried to fill the air in the tyre of my car from nearest petrol pump which was this and asked the person to fill the air the person dont work and said that air filling is not our responsibility person were available there but said we dont have the employee for that air station and tried to abuse and fight with me when i saw some of the employees roaming free of work there, then he said that there is the pipe fill yourself, I said that i dont know how to fill the air. he then did Inappropriate behavior with me and disrespected me. Please Raise a complaint against this Petrol pump and please also see their google map Reviews where they are also cheating the consumer and fighting with them.
solve this problem as soon as possible and please take action against the cheating and rude behavior of the salesman. these salesman also drink alcohol in the evening in duty time and do misbehave people.
this petrol pump is near to me but the ego and bad behavior of this retail pump is disrespecint me a lot. please take strict action against the following petrol pump

Every-time the GAS delivery happens, the deliveryman asks for 100-150 extra. He refuses to deliver if I don't pay. Why does not BPCL do anything about it? A lot of times we have seen BPCL advertises that we should not pay any money extra to deliveryman.

However, there is no change on the ground.

i have filled petrol for rupess 222 but the filling started from 17.28 actually it should start from 2to 4 rupess between but it was satrted from 17.28 rupess when i asked the management they are rudely responding and not properly responding i want to file complaint against the petrol bunk and i want to prevent these type of frauds they have behaved very rudely the meteres are fully fabricated and the oil is less in quantity

Booking done by cust not delivered to cust and is not cancelled and shows that the particular cylinder was delivered...
When enquired a new booking was done and a new booking Iwas done...
But the status in the details shows both the cylinders delivered ...in fact one has to be cancelled...

Dear sir,
yesterday i use your out let KACHARIYAKDEDI Nimbhahera (Rajasthan 312601) your pump operator's behaviour not good, we demad to check air pressure of my car then delevary boy told me that compresser not working, then manger came and told come here i will fill air and behave like i am a begger, i take my car near air compressure but manager failed to fill /check the air pressure and waste my 15 min to do it.
we are customer not begger pl. check

Not provided proper resources In air filling station.
The plugs for Air filing not replaced in frequent intervals.

Gas Cylinder refill booking and Payment done but Cylinder not delivered.

I filled diesel in my car for rupees 1500 at sabari veeran agency vayalanallur village, poonamalle, Tiruvallur

The diesel density was 700 kg/cu.mtr when I enquired about low density they told both diesel and petrol they have same density. As per the norms diesel density should between 820 - 860.

I need to raise a complaint on this, hope you will take action on this, waiting for your response.

I went to barat petrol bunk, situated at boiguda Secunderabad telangana, as my vehicle ran out of petrol.i went to bunk with a bottle and requested the person over there, he refused to give petrol in bottle, as such I have shown my ID card to him stating that I am a judicial magistrate, hence requested him to do alternate arrangement.he asked me to call [protected], I made a telephone CALL TO said number, basker reddy who is the owner of the bunk answered call, I explained him the situation stating sir my bike ran out of petrol, I cannot drag it, so plz give petrol and introduced myself, he outrightly stated that what should I do i[censored] r judicial magistrate, I was pleasing him, he said I can't give u petrol and spoke to him in filthy language in a rude manner, further I requested him to make alternate arrangement.but he refused.i am writing this with heavy pain in my heart, the uneducated petrol bunk peoples behavior with judicial officer is not sustainable. Being a magistrate I could not get a bottle of petrol.i am very sad with the behavior and his service .hence I request to take action against such ### and cancel his license.if the same situation arises during night time what is the fate of ladies?

Hi, this is sairaj Goud from Attapur Hyderabad. On[protected], at around 17:09 time I have got my car refueled for an amount of 980 Rs. My car meter which was in Reserve showed no signs of petrol added after the refuel. On questioning the petrol bunk personnel he advised me that it would increase after a certain amount of time. Believing him I went away but to my surprise while returning from my office my car stopped midway because of empty fuel tank. I'm disappointed with my experience. Luckily I have my meter reading image before refuilling which I clicked because my car has passed 16000 kms mark. I'll share the supporting evidence through images please check.

Hi sir am booking the Bharat gas October 6th 2023 booking successful but am not receiving gas cylinder till now. When am calling Bharat gas office not responding not lift the call. Booking agency is Sri bhagya Lakshmi gass agency, Kurnool.
