Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] Complaints & Reviews

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 24.08.2022 through company mobile app BPCL and made payment using upi onBHIM portal. Amount of rs 1110 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: In Progress. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.

Three officers came to see pump and they were least bothered about safety and they were smoking cigarette near pump while tanker was unloading. Thank to god that nothing wrong went . If the officials are not aware of safety how can they expect others to obey safety rules and other regulations. I want strict action against this officer because he is risking thousands people lifes....

There is a fraudulent transaction done on my petro card. Though the customer case team is accepting wrongdoing, no efforts are taken to resolve the issue.
Requesting you to look into the issue urgently and resolve it.

I have put Rs. 150 on 19.08.2022 at keerthi agencies. But my bike has been dry out on just 50 kms... On that day i spoke the contact person. But no response. I need to check how much petrol provided through automation....

Quality of petrol provided in bpcl pump near vimsar medical college, burla, sambalpur, odisha is very low. It provides low mileage, even has a kerosene smell and people warn not to get petrol from there...

I booked the Bharat gas cylinder yesterday night, The payment for the Bharat gas cylinder was done yesterday via CC avenue. The money was deducted from my account, but it wasn't reflected on the Bharat gas dashboard, and the payment page showed failed error. I am attaching the SS of the payment details.

Pement deducted in my bank account not...

I have booked a refill cylinder being refill id- [protected] & paid online on 19.07.22. Then i talked to the cylinder supplier van driver & he assured me to deliver on 21.07.22. But, full day i waited for him, he neither came for delivery nor received my call. Later he switched off the phone, rather he had confirmed me on the very morning on 21.07.22 to deliver me the cylinder. He is harassing the customers, just playing with our times & emotions....

This Cheating has Being Happening To Me 3-4 Times. When I Went To The Bunk, I Asked The Worker To Fill Rs90. First He Filled Rs30 Then I asked Him To fill Again Rs60. He Didn't Reseted The Amount To 0, But He Add Plus Rs30 To That Rs30 Which He Had Already Filled. Totally He Filled Rs60. And Cheated Rs30. So I Request You To Take Action As Soon As Possible. I made a transaction of Rs. 1053/- towards refill of LPG on through the transaction ID through BHIM UPI. Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill Desk. But at the end of the bpcl bill desk, they told money is not Credited. Therefore I had booked refill again through COD. My Booking no 112106.

I contact their customer care, they do not have a satisfactory answer
