Sir,
With regards to the new
connection of indane, after submission of my documents the distributor has
told me that my new connection got cancelled, they are not telling the answer
properly, what I did mistake is I given the mobile number which I am using for
booking of gas to my parent gas, I am married having two kids, live
separately, I am in need of gas, due to emergency I am borrowing from my
relative on black market price . as a citizen I have right to get a new
connection, please help in this regard
2. your compliant portal is not
working properly and the new gas connection portal also is not working properly, 3. Your toll free number is not working its say out of service the same has
been pointed out many time to the higher official but no use.
4. I have alternative apply of
new connection at bharth gas agency, ramaya at valsarvakkem, on 02.12.2014,
they asked me to pay rs. 8500/- with stove, I told I have stove its not mandatory
its written on you BPCL notice board on her back side, then she said come
after one month, again I was waiting for another month, when I approached
again, she told me to buy cooker or any housed items, compulsory, otherwise I
cant get connection immediately, the cost of household item is more compare to
market rate, I am confused pls suggest
Can you help in this regards I am
confused, being a advocate I want to move to court if not get justice from
your side .
