Date- 7/1/2015 To, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Minister ( P & NG ) Through- Dr.Neeraj Mittal (Jt.Sec, Marketing) ( Ministry of P & NG ) E mail- jsm.[protected]@nic.in Sir, Sub- DBTL (direct benefit transfer for LPG) is not required (matter of general public interest) Your government has implemented above scheme in whole country which was framed by some stupid politicians of Ex.Congress government. In fact this scheme was one of main reasons of extremely shameful defeat of congress in Loksabha election. People of country felt great difficulty for it’s awkward long process, to stand on long queue, to go often to gas agency for this work and strive for doing this work. Ultimately provoked people punished congress by not giving them vote and took revenge. For getting freedom from such harassment, they elected Shri Narendra Modi but now he too walking on the same way. This is very dangerous for your party. At this juncture what your government needs is to do is some thinking on “Indeed DBTL is required ?????????.” It is really weird that first you will take full price of cylinder from people and then return them in their account. How this foolish ??????????? Why you are going to do so when some other alternatives also are there for preventing diversion of cylinders. DBTL will unnecessarily increase clerical work of people, gas agency, gas companies and banks. It will create unnecessary complications and disputes among them. If you will think properly, you will realize that this scheme is not necessary at all and you can fulfill your object by taking only few steps as under as alternate solution. 1. To cancel all multiple connection (you have already done this work) 2.To give 9 bottles per connection on subsidized rate. 9 bottles are sufficient for 80% family of country. 3. Start to sell non subsidized bottles in open market and make it available for every one. I mean make available non-subsidized bottle to them also who do not have legal connection. For example – ( this is real fact) I live in Ahmedabad and we have official connection of Inden gas here. My wife is lecturer in government engineering college. Her job is transferable. Recently she got transfer at another city of Gujarat called Palanpur which is 150 km far from Ahmedabad. Now she lives alone there in staff quarters. We had sent her one filled LPG cylinder but after consumption for 3 months it has become empty. She wants to exchange same with filled new cylinder but she can not have same because we have connection in Ahmedabad and not in Palanpur. Ahmedabad dealer will not deliver cylinder at Palanpur. She is ready to exchange new cylinder at non-subsidized rate but there is not any arrangement for such cases done by ministry of P & NG or any public petroleum companies. So many people are facing this type problem. So in order to eliminate this problem you should start to sell normal 14.2 kg non-subsidized bottle in open market and make it easily available for every one. This will prevent illegal diversions of LPG cylinders because the person who wants to buy such cylinder will contact the authorized dealer of their region and will not require to contact any illegal agency or person selling LPG cylinders in Black. Your this step may beat deadly stroke to the people who are involved in trading of LPG cylinders in black.     Dear Concern, This is Subhadra writing from Kerala.I have been experiencing this problem of non delivery of cylinder for the past 1 year.Once I myself had to go to the gas agency and collect the cylinder.The supplier never comes on time and even if he comes he never stops the vehicle near our premises.When we call the gas agency they never attend the phone calls or they keep their landlines engaged.The gas agency to which Im referring to is PAVITHRAM BHARAT GAS AGENCY, PAVITHRAM 'ARCADE', HIGH SCHOOL ROAD, CHERPULASSERY, PALAKKAD DT-679503. My consumer number is 43362188.I had booked on 29/11/2014 and have still not received my order.Im 84 years old and all alone at home during morning hours.So I kindly request you to take necessart action as early as possible.

      Ref. Consumer No.[protected] City - Nanded Maharashtra. Dealer - Ujwal Gas Service. Dear Sir, With reference to above, my gas connection is closed without prior intimation or reason. I do not have more than once connection and I have also submitted KYC form along with bank details.         Dear Sir This is Prakash R, Advocate from Pondicherry our Gas Agency is Visweshwar Bharat Gas Agency, Pondicherry-10, Phone no. of the agency[protected], 2291618, I received a cylinder last month when i am using that cylinder lot of gas leaks our suddenly I closed the regulator and removed the regulator and I see the cylinder I shocked to see there one small pin in the cylinder broken inside and I picked that broken pin safely and I make a complaint to our agency but there is no responce and respect from their side then I make a call to the sales officer abilash also but he also not picked the call and mostly always the phone is in switched off, then one day I took the cylinder and the broken pin directly to the our agency there also no proper responce i asked to change the cylinder for new one but they are telling us we won't change any cylinder, you can go and see anywhere with out respect, now we are cooking with induction stove, its very hard to cook there is no safety with that cylineder, so please ask them to change a new cylinder for the damaged one.             customer no- 10829 i, hv submitted name change request in nov2013 from my mothers name to my name at Darshan gas agency-court naka, thane. When re-contacted 4 to 5 times they now came with new issue that only single connection details available with them instead of 2 then i have submitted 2 original deposit receipt on dt 16.11.2014 but till today same has been not yet updated in their record. Because of that i not able to link my Adhar card with the said customer id kindly look into the same and arrange to do the needful on priority

                  Sir, With regards to the new connection of indane, after submission of my documents the distributor has told me that my new connection got cancelled, they are not telling the answer properly, what I did mistake is I given the mobile number which I am using for booking of gas to my parent gas, I am married having two kids, live separately, I am in need of gas, due to emergency I am borrowing from my relative on black market price...

                    Dear Sir / Madam I am a Senior Citizen and getting regular supplies from Ashok Gas Service, Lucknow from last 20 years. We had booked the gas on 16th Dec.'14 but not got the supply till 31st Dec.'14. On 1st Jan.'15 got an sms saying your booking has been cancelled. Under the DBTL Policy, we had submited desired papers in Bank as well at gas agency on 31st Dec.'14 and have the receipt of the same. We visited the gas agency and booked the Gas again; were told that it will be delivered in 2 days but not recd till date (5th Jan.'15). On our visit to AGS office today evening, we were told that since you have not submitted the papers, thus Gas has not been supplied. When we said that we have already submited, they asked us to submit again. This is a clear harassment under the DBTL Policy.                         After applying on line for a gas connection from Bharat gas we were told your nearest distributor as per the address given is Durga Agencies in Central Delhi. As requested by him all the formalities were completed. We were told to come after 2 days bring the money and we will give you a gas cylinder and a new connection number. When we went after 2 days they say come after 3 days reason non availability of gas cylinder. After 3 days come after 2 days than come after 4 days and so on and so forth.Now Bharat Gas sends an e mail since you have not taken the connection in stipulated time your Reg. No. Stands cancelled. Ask Bharat Gas what about your Distributor to whom we have been going for past 3 weeks and shows his in ability to give a gas connection and always says there are no gas cylinders. Your company is a joke making a fool of it self. First have enough gas cylinders than give connections.

                          My Bharat Gas Consumer no. 7050. Every time dealer made cancel of my on line refill cylinder request. Same complain has been informed to Rajkot Office by Phone also but still result is not there. I request to you Pl.solve the permanent problem of dealer.

                                my lpg in Bharat Gas and my distributor is Krishna gas agency liluah, howrah my consumer no. is 56867364 I have booked my gas on 26th november through my register mobile but I didn't get gas till date. I did several call to my distributor they pickup 24th december .Again meet gas agency liluah 30th december. then after some date I did several call to my distributor they didn't pickup phone and nor giving answer till 05 january
                                Well, Let me suggest you go for online compliant or through mobile. Get any of your previous bill receipts and read it thoroughly.


                                You can find a number, usually it is toll-free. You can make a call and submit the complaint. Be sure respect them when talking. Immediately your solution comes to you at any cost. If not legally you are eligible for complaint.


                                Record everything if they are rude.

                                    My lpg in Bharat gas and my distributor is COOKLEAN, Kolkata. My consumer No. is 19765. I have booked my gas on 12 th december through my register mobile but I didnt get gas till date. I did several call to my distributor in their land line but neither they pick up nor giving any response. Last month they r assuring me to get delivery on timesince it was short time matter and been resold in this month.

                                      Our neighbour is a illiterate person, widow contact Balaji Gas agencies, S S Colony, Madurai for name transfer.She was compelled to purchase for atleast for Rs.1000/-, things they are selling through their counter. Whether it is compulsory to purchase things for any work to be done from gas agencies?. Any unwritten law is there? Daily we are seeing that so many old aged people, illiterate village people suffered lot. For name transfer only Rs.50/- we have to spent that also for new book?. But unnecessarily we are forced to give extra Rs.1000/- ?
