[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Regarding correction of my name | |||
Dear Sir, My consumer No. is 55825784. My original name is Rajesh Kumar but instead of this Rajesh kumar Gupta is registered in Bharat Gas account as a consumer name. At the time of opening the account I wrote Rajesh Kumar clearly but due to mistake of agency my father's sir name is added in my original name. I have repeatedly approached the agency for the correction of my name but no action has been taken yet. But now it is tough for me to link my Bharat gas account to my bank account or Adhar card as Rajesh kumar is written in all my certificates and document. Here, I would like to mention that I have already submitted KYC form to my agency (Bhawani Gas Seva, Kankarbagh 88 P.C.Colony, Patna) in the name of Rajesh Kumar. As I have failed to get my name corrected through agency, I have no option but approach you to give advise and procedure to correct my name at the earliest.
