Dear Sir, Gautam Enterprises East Delhi, Dilshad Garden, (Bharat Gas Agency) Every time Delivery of cylinder is delayed for more than 8 - 10 days after booking. My last booking was on[protected] order booking no.[protected] and my cylinder gas Agency was not delivered today on[protected] {delayed by 7 days)and not giving respond to my calls. We are regret to inform you, we had already a booking of gas cylinder on this booking no.[protected] Date.. 25.12.2014, Yesterday I'm not received any gas cylinder." LPG REFILE ORDER NO.[protected] Date.. 25.12.2014. Not coming any delivery man form my house Date on 01.01.2015, today your side I received massage ref booking[protected] LPG cylinder was delivered on 26.12.2014. Yesterday IM not received any gas cylinder." LPG REFILE ORDER NO.[protected] Date. 25.12.2014.For your kind information we have already call so many time gas agency but not response any think. I am not satisfied from his service. So please look into the matter at the earliest otherwise I will take my necessary action. Thanking you in advance, Now you are requested to please dispatch the new booking gas cylinder as on our registered address 1/5247, Gali no.8, Balbir Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032 and mobile no. Dear Sir, I Anju Sharma, my gas id no is 15926 of Gautam Enterprises East Delhi, Dilshad Garden, (Bharat Gas Agency) Every time Delivery of cylinder is delayed for more than 8-10days after booking. My last booking was on 10/01/2015 order booking no.[protected] and my cylinder gas Agency was not delivered today on[protected] {delayed by 8 days)and not giving respond to my calls. We are regret to inform you, my cylinder not yet received. I went to Gautam enterprises Dilshad garden, but they said that your AADHAR no not yet updated. So, first you update your aadhar no. then gas cylinder delivered. I opened bank account and my aadhar details given to bank and agency also but i was not recevied my cylinder till now. But this is not your right to stop my cylinder delivery for aadhar card. Please help me and deliver my cylinder as early as possible. My Ph no is [protected]. Please contact me for any query regarding this.

        dear sir i have booked for refilling of my LPG on dated 20.12.2014 vide booking no.[protected] my consumer no. is 60538284... but not received till today 01.01.2015... yesterday 31.12.2014 when i saw on my login id with bharat gas it shows that[protected] order no. 1445566 1 Cancelled and delivery date[protected]... and now today 01.01.2015 shows as[protected] order no. 1459056 1 In Process also yesterday i lodged a complaint at 1 p.m. through my login id complaint reference no. 355755 and 355768 and i recd. a message at 4:51 p.m. on my mob. that ur complaint has resolved here one thing we couldn't understand that how they cancelled my booking without my consent...??? plz. do the needful... thnx.. kalp narain verma [protected]

          Dear BPCL, My self Anil Singh and i have visited to your distributor Chitra gas services for filling the form 4 adhar card and bank details for subsidy in my account, but they have not accepted my form due to on govt id name is Anil Kumar Singh and on gas connection it is Anil Kumar, and after that they have suggested to fill the KYC form for adition to Sir name in gas copy, i have filled the same but your executive Mr Sunil mob no [protected] have demanded rs 500 for updation, same was also given to him, and still they are not giving me the resolution after 4 days, so please resolve the same and asked to him why not accepting the such documents and taking the money from under table, still not getting the proper resonce.             My consumer no is 2351. I booked for cylinder on 22/12/14. My booking reference is[protected]. On 27.12.14 our distributor Jai Ram BharatGas Agency called me and said that he going to supply the cylinder on that day. But till now it was not delivered. On 30.12.14 I went in person to the distributor to enquire about thie. He said that he will supply the cylinder on 31.12.14. I again tried to book the cylinder on 30.12.14 and it was done and the ref No is[protected]. Is it possible to book the cylinder again. Please make the necessary steps to supply the cylinder and action against the defaulting distributor.

But your distributer refuce my KYC form and told me that this KYC form is system generated and not valid. Your distributer at chandannagar Gas supply agency ( 112349 ) rough behavior with me.                     Sir My name is Rintu Chowdhury S/o. Lt. S.Kchowdhury has connection in City Gas services( Bharat Gas) at Sidhgora Jamshedpur, Jharkahnd . I wanted transfer my mother name Mrs. Champa rani Chowdhury instead of late my father name .Mr. S.K Chowdhury.But whenever we vist to dealer to change of this name, they demanded some bribe to have change the stuff. We talked Bharat Gas Terriotaory Manger Mr. Avishek Ranjan, He cleared us, there is not required any money transaction to change of name in book. Even we got to know that Inadane Gas Agency said no money to take to change of name or transfer of name in to the Gas book . Pls sir tell me how to change the name, Becouse that Agency harrase us much where as my mother has right to nominee instead of my late father.They are not listening single word without taking money.                         Sir, I have been visiting twice to thrice in a week to LVN bharat gas, for getting reason why my account is blocked ? 1. I submitted my bank account details to them almost 35 days back. 2. I submitted SV photocopy to them also last week. i submitted all the documents requested by them, but when i ask why my account is blocked, i could not get any answer. I booked cylinder almost 35 days back, but there is no delivery and no response also. I have submitted three complaints, but i am not able to get resolution to my problems.                           Dear Sir, my consumer no.7101 (DHARAM VIR SINGH) under agency of M/S Milind gas Service, WZ-7A/1, Milind Market, Vill. Kesho Pur, Vikas Puri, New Delhi- 110018. my father (DHARAM VIR SINGH) is no more, now i want to change ownership of the connection, so i had visit this agency and requested for the same online through the agency. Then they give me a receipt/challan, But unfortunately i misplaced the same. Now they want us to buy a new connection by paying Rs.6000/-, because they said we cant get our old connection as we have misplaced the receipt. So please help us to get our old connection back.

                                    Myself Sri Kumar Subha Panji bearing Consumer No. 27430 of your distributor COOK-N-SERVE at Domjur, Howrah, West Bengal, was booking a cylinder on 22nd of November, 2014 vide 17 digit LPG ID[protected] which yet not been received by me. I was tried to contact with the distributor through phone for several times (within 11.00 am to 2.00 pm) but they did not receive my call for a single time.

                                        Dear Sir. After my father has been passed away, I want to change this gas connection to my mothers name, when i reached for this to gas agency, the owner of the gas agency gives different views as my mother didn't have any address proof at the given details in gas connection, then i said to transfer this connection to my name as i have all the proof and i'am the son, but he also refused to so. Then another day i went to gas agency with my mother and asked to transfer gas connection to haryana faridabad, where my mother have all the requisite proof, but this time also ignore and didn't give any answer. Several time i complain in bharat gas portal didn't get the feedback. In this case, I need an intervene of higher authority of bharat gas to look in this matter give justice to my mother and family after my father demise. Take hard action against the owner of the agency, so he cann't harass the bharat gas customer further more.
