Bharat Matrimony — Bharat Matrimony Auto renewal without prior intimation

Successfully cheated one more customer by their autorenewal process and when i raised the concern for a long time fooled me that they have initiated the refund and then finally say that the refund initiation has failed and they have never even received a payment .
i have all the proof to support that they had received the payment and now clearly lying .

HOW can you people lie so terribly .

Please take proper action against these fraudsters .

We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this issue.

We wish to clarify that, if the payment has been cancelled before settlement, the amount will not be credited to us and in such case, the status has to be checked with the card issuing bankers.

Having said that, we request you to write to us with your matrimony ID to [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com or call us at [protected] to check and help you accordingly.

I had been contacting the customer care ever since My amount was debited
They assured me that they have initiated a refund and that will reflect in a weeks time
Now they say that the transaction failed and there is no further mail communications inspite of me following up a 100 times
They do not share any proof to the failed transaction so I can check with my bank
Why is it a big deal to share the transaction Id so I can take it up with my bank
