Overview of the issue -
In the month of July, I tried to purchase Bharat matrimony subscription, however the transacation failed twice and the money got deducted twice. I waited for a couple of days and raised a ticket asking for refund and not to go with subscription.
The bharatmatrimony support team kept making the promises that my request is important not addressing the issue properly. After many emails and phone calls, endless chat on their app, they refunded one payment. For other `payment refund, they said they would it soon and they are yet to refund. It's around 4 months now, more than 10 follow up email, many intereactions over chat agent, 3 phone calls, but they dont seem to resolve the matter. Apparaenlty they have closed my case at their end, no responding to emails, phone calls are being disconnected proabbly the agents/sales men are not willing to let me go and refund my money.
They are causing lot of mental harrassment, I am not in India, otheewise I was considering logging a complaint with consumer forum against them with all the intereactions emails, chate and phone logs. These guys seem to have terrible support, that I pointed out once that they seem edto take personally. I have exprressed my annoyance to them, but they are more interested in selling the product than addressing the consumer grievances.
