Bharat matrimony is nothing but a platform to make money and play with parents emotions and hard earned money. Since 4years this company is sending their people to my house for renewal and collecting lumpse money... Bt aftr taking the money they don't provide the apt service... Initially they provided fake ids and later simply don't pick up the calls and ignore.. I belong to a middle class family... Once twice is fine... For 4 years this happened the same... I want my full refund back. I don't know about other customers but no-one has the right to make money and refuse the service. It's just not done.
