13-feb-17 i send an email to arjun kumar. He does not respond.
14-feb-17 i send an email to arjun kumar. He does not respond.
28-feb-17 kaushal mishra (Kaushal. [protected]@assistedmatrimony.com) calls and says he will take care of the matter. He will call back in 7 days. He never did
20-mar-17 arjun kumar says i will get my refund in 10-15 working days
17-apr-17 i send an email to arjun kumar. He does not respond.
18-apr-17 i send an email to arjun kumar. He does not respond.
20-apr-17 i send an email to arjun kumar. He does not respond.
3-may-17 kaushal mishra picks the call and says i will get refunded in 2 days
18-may-17 arjun kumar promises i will get refund in 1 week. He says he is ashamed of himself and his company for not keeping promises.
25-may-17 kaushal mishra says all the commitments made by arjun kumar were false. All information provided by arjun kumar was wrong. Promises to me that i will get my refund before the end of may
