For Last 3-4 days all of a sudden I am not receiving the daily recommendations. I was not informed for any modification, neither I was told that any action is required from my side to get the service on a regular basis.
While talking to customer care executive today I came to know that location modification is required from my side, and then only i will be able to get the daily recommendation on a regular basis.As there is no more data available to share with.
Am I supposed to know about the data base???
Am I not supposed to be informed for any kind of modification id required???
Is it the duty of the customer to call every time and to ask if any modification required???
I talked to Ms. Anandhi, one of the CCE, and she is not at all able to solve the issue and she were rough in her tone.
Being a paid member I am supposed to get minimum assist from the side, which is missing from very first date, as I only get the calls from the executive for renewal payment purpose.
