I was facing technical issue in BharatMatrimony mobile app or browser have also tried to access in PC as well but unable to view the shortlisted profiles under the “shortlisted by you tab folder” it was blank have attached the screen recording and screenshot of the image for as backup evidence for your reference.
I was premium member and my membership last day is 14th of October was tried to view the phone numbers and to send SMS for the shortlisted profiles from 11th of October but due to technical issue at BharatMatrimony end I was not to be view the shortlisted profile.
have raised the complaint on 12th of October through phone with your customer care executive and also sent email to your help desk ID but still am facing the technical issue was not able to view The shortlisted profiles to allow us to view the number.
I was totally stressed- depressed- frustrated due to it by contacting customer service team multiple times and by sending multiple email.
Also, I feel may get the suitable profiles during this technical issue time gap days - it comes under to consider the opportunity loss.
I looking BharatMatrimony to get extend my membership days and looking for the compensation or membership repayment for the mental stress and for the precious time have spent to talk with your customer care executive multiple times.
