Bharat Matrimony — Fraud | |||
I registered for a 3 months matrimony membership on 24th Jan' 2015. After registration and payment I received few matches and daily recommendations for about 2-3 days. Later I stopped receiving daily recommendations. The matches also that I received are not as per the preference provided by me. I called up bharat matrimony toll free number and spoke to the marketing guy also who as handling my account. They asked me to wait for sometime and later they stopped responding to my calls. I asked for refund but as per them refund is not possible under any circumstances. I just dnt understand why they can't refund if they are not providing the services. The marketing guy Ujjwal doesn't even respond to calls. Please help me to get the refund as I have no trust and interest left in bharat matrimony to wait for them to provide me services. They have already wasted 20 days and the membership is of 3 months only. Was this information helpful? | |||
