Bharat Matrimony — Fraud service for payment service | |||||
Hello, I am currently staying in Singapore and opted for Paid service of Bharat Matrimony. I subscribed to Assisted service of Bharat Matrimony. In spite of being subscribed to Paid service of Assisted Matrimony, I have been charged for the Auto-Renewal of Classic Membership. This issue I have been facing for the last 9 months for the third time. I have highlighted this issue several times, sent quite a few emails to few of the associates (Jeevan Lakhsmi, Deepak Narayanan, Praveen Kumar and Shashi Singh) but it has not worked and I have been charged three times. Please note that some how I was earlier refunded 97 SGD but still the below refunds are pending with Bharat Matrimony service. Please see below the transaction details from my credit card: 10/08/2016 ITUNES.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM LU SGD 160.22 DR 10/02/2017 ITUNES.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM LU SGD 150.16 DR I am not able to understand why this is happening repetitively and where is the gap in the Bharat Matrimony service?
