Bharat Matrimony — Fraud sm & relationship manager

Dear Concerned Team,

I want my money back and refund all my money, i.e. Rs.(23241+4484+5000+3000=) 35725 within 2 days i.e. on 09 th April 2025.

I am facing a too many challenges from your side; and never received any resolution from any team.

As below : this is my complaint list in short
1) Sales person is making false promises and pressuring for payments on the spot.
2) Customer service is speaking with us, very rudely.
3) Welcome call was delayed.
4) Assisted Relationship Manager is never be cooperative.
5) On website, there is incomplete information of the profiles.
6) Relationship manager is not agreed to remove the rejected profile from their list.
