Bharat Matrimony — Fraud way to auto renew the account

Without our notice/approval on Nov 25 there was an auto payment for membership renewal in Kamma matrimony which we didn't do and neither were we aware that auto renewal was ON. I have raise a complaint 14983024 as well today but no progress. Please help revert the money back to the source account.

Why only 700rs is refunded when I paid 4500rs and changed the membership to free type?
