I have paid for the Gold membership. But the account didn't get activated they said the payment was done to another matrimony ID which was blocked by Matrimony people. Since Dec 10 I have been contacting Customer Care professionals to resolve the issue. I have not been guided properly saying that payment is a separate team. I got in touch with Payment team they have asked me to raise a ticket . I have raised the ticket on Ticket No: BM25779990, again I have been mislead by customer care people saying that my request is in process and they will contact me in 24 hrs . I have also requested them either unblock the deactivated account or transfer my membership benefits to the ID which I have done payment, Its almost 120 hrs nobody has addressed my issue.
Throughout this process I was in touch with Ramya, Priya & Noble from Bharat Matrimony. Please don't try to fool & mislead customers for your business sake. Its totally waste of time.
Either resolve my issue or refund the money. Also I have attached the transaction details for your reference
