[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — incorrect renewal promotion

The following happened on 14th september, 2018 for the profile m3897009. The mobile app lead me to believe that there was no payment to be made for renewal.in fact, when i unchecked some add-on (Astromatch), it said that i need to pay an amount of rs.-347 (Minus 347). So i thought this was some promotion offer to let me view already viewed phone numbers or something like that. Further i was thinking that i will cancel payment if i have to pay any positive sum finally. However, the payment merchant never gave me the option to cancel. Even my security questions were not asked. As soon as i entered my username and password, the amount of rs.13, 249 was debited. This renewal was completely unintended and is yet to take effect (I still have 1 day remaining per my old premium membership). Please cancel my premium membership and refund the money asap.
