I have got enrolled for the assisted service and initially they have appointed a rm who was not cable enough to handle the customer. Later same has been escalated to next level which was moved to the other rm after one month. New rm started sharing the profile details. Sales supervisor rajeshwari has promised that one month will be added back to your account. Same has been raised through the mail. I have not received any response from her. I am trying to reach her multiple time over the phone. She is kept un attended the call.
This is the way your team will handle the customer?
There is no proper communications?
Is this the way you guys responsible enough?
Simple back up mechanism is missing?
You guys want us to be behind for everything?
I need a clarification and what ever rajeshwari has promised to me should make it happen.
