[Resolved]  Bharat Matrimony — Membership complaint - R4289061

With reference to our Gold Plan purchased on 20th August 2022, would like to bring to your kind notice that the said plan is sold by your sales representative Mrs. Shilpa Awadh giving misleading information and false commitments, I hereby raise a complaint.
While purchasing a plan it was thoroughly discussed with your sales representative that when you send us the profiles, we may not find the same suitable, rather we may like other matches suiting our partner preferences. That time she promised us that whichever profiles we like for which we cannot view the details directly, will be shared by her once we place the request of profile numbers with her. After purchasing the plan when I am asking her to share the contact numbers of the profiles of my choice which I am not able to view directly, she refuses to share the same for some reasons. If she knew that it is not possible for her to share the numbers requested, on what basis and why did she ensure us so while purchasing the plan? This is nothing but pure cheating to convince customers to purchase the plan.

The folders shared by her are useless for us as the similar profiles are repeated in the other folders except few profiles. Also it contains many non-maharashtrian profiles, some are overage and some are below height which are not our partner preferences. In three folders total 165 profiles are without any photos. Though I communicated that there is hardly any count matching our preferences, was conveniently ignored by her.
Also, we were promised that though the membership ends on 18th November 2022Â access for membership will be given till November 2022 end. But the same is not reflected in our membership details.

I repeatedly brought to her attention that I trusted her being the part of one of the reputed matrimony websites, she cheated me by deceptive conversation to sell the plan trickly.

In this scenario, I request you either to refund my money immediately for not providing the committed services or direct your sales representatives to comply with the commitments given while selling the plan. It also may be noted that such fraudulent behaviour of your sales representative is not acceptable under any circumstances and the matter will be taken to the highest level till it gets resolved.
