[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — membership validity extension for this lockdown period | |
This is regarding my account with bharat matrimony which is expiring on may 3rd, 2020. Ever since the lockdown started it was impossible to meet anyone in the profile or an astrologer. So i asked them to extend the membership validity up to two months after the lockdown period gets over and i am continuously receiving a notification from bharat matrimony that if you are recharging now the lockdown period will not be counted and the validity will be extended until the lockdown period gets over. If the same feature could be provided after a recharge please confirm why this could not be provided with the existing member. Was this information helpful? | |
