[Resolved] Bharat Matrimony — missguided by the employee | |||||
We have created one profile for our daughter with profile-id : b2033465 at bharat matrimony. It was in testing mode and i was able to view different profile as per my option mentioned while creating the same. We were planning to subscribe for the profile to get responses. But, in the mean time, one employee of your company (Ms. Priyanka) insisted to create a profile at brahmin matrimony and told that earlier profile matches are also be visible in the new profile (Brh 2030365 which was created by the person) which are already shortlisted. As, we are not domain expert, we had no idea that if we create a separate profile-id, earlier ids are not be able to get in the new profile-id. But she assured us that all the shortlisted ids will be transferred to the new id. We have paid rs. 3300/- for new id creation & rs. 1200/- for highlighter & to keep the profile of our daughter in the 1st page. Total money paid = rs. 4500/- to matrimony com pvt ltd. Through debit card on 7th sept, 2017 at 19:02:18 hrs.. Rrn :[protected], inv : 115, ref # 41554622. As we keep the profile in bharat matrimony with the same profile (B2033465), we told ms. Priyanka to revert the same asap and she assured us to do the same and said that she has already sent mail to chennai, the head office. It is already 5 days over and nothing has happened and she is also not picking up the phone today, we had no other way rather than highlighting the issue to resolve as early as possible.
