Bharat Matrimony — Money deduction without my knowledge

Hello sir,

Gud evening.

I am complaining about my money deduction without my knowledge. I chose the 90 days gold plan with the help of your customer service and my plan ended on 19th may 2021.but unfortunately my money was deducted without any intimation on 21st may with auto upgrade plan and please help me to return my money from bharat matrimony

how they upgrade my plan without my knowledge and am not expecting from the matrimony with these activities.
