My name is Kalyan, I have subscribed for bharatmatrimony services.
After some time just before the day of auto renewal, I have deactivated my profile. Still my money has got deducted from Credit Card. So I have called up the customer care to further clarify that I no longer intended to require their service and they suggested to send an email for [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com. Even after sending many emails there is not even a single reply from bharatmatrimony. And after further follow-up calls they said your money has been refunded but still nothing has got credited into my account.
Can you please advice on what needs to be done further inorder to refund the amount. Let me know if you need any further details
Note: There is no email/phone-call reminder about the auto debit on the said date. I have all phone call recordings with me when I was talking to bharatmatrimony services. Was this information helpful? |
